excellent for families
Pros:

Our kids LOVED this hotel and still mention it all the time. The room for older kids - with a trampoline attached to electronic games - was a total hit! The rooms were also huge and very well appointed for families. Meals were also fantastic. The baby room with free babysitting also great. The hotel organizes ski "school" for the kids for an hour closeby (Alex was great) which is great for younger kids just trying out skiing for the first time. The spa is also great - kids spa and pool (kids have their own saunas!) AND spearate adults spa and pool, both fantastic.

Cons:

The ski resort is a bit far and if you aren't driving, you have to reserve a shuttle in advance/can't be spontaenous.
Regarding the younger kids playroom: one of the women in the kids/baby area was fantastic (Dijana), the others seemed quite disinterested in kids. While the babysitting is free, some people drop off very small babies which then fully occupy the attention of the women working there - I don't think it's good policy to accept babies under 1 year, as it makes it much harder to leave toddlers for whom these kinds of rooms are more appropriate.

The Prefect Family Winter Vocation - Thank you! 10/10

Our stay was fantastic
We liked it so much that we extended our stay for 2 nights more
This Place is heaven for winter vocation

Rooms:
We booked a family room - our child had her our separate room - that was great.
everything was spotless clean during our stay.


food:
you get 3 meals a day
every day you get new meals to choose from
at dinner you get chef quality food - every thing looks and taste great

Children Activities:
Kids Club
Sport Court & you also have digital play room for older children at the top floor - we found out about that at the last day of our stay.
kids has every day new program including ski lessons & pony ride
inside the kids club you will find 4 floors of never ending play ground

SPA:
you have every thing you need to relax - indoor & outdoor as well
Plus you also have infusions during the day. that was a wonderful experience that we didn't expect

In total we will be very happy to come back.
And also a BIG thanks to the hotel owner - she welcomed us as one of there won and made our stay very comfortable.
That goes to all the staff as well - 10/10 Service.

Cons:

The only thing that i can suggest is that maybe the hotel should consider offering All-inclusive packages.
That would make the stay more "relaxing" not to think about whether what you order is included or not in your stay.

Everything was excellent. From the moment of arrival, you can feel the friendly and homely atmosphere. The staff are very kind, and I would especially commend Diana, with whom our children loved spending time in the playroom. The owners helped us resolve the issue with the skis. The food is delicious, with a choice between a menu or buffet. The pools and family saunas are excellent, and every day in the playroom has a different theme. The saunas are top-notch with direct access to the lake. Everything is perfectly arranged, and most importantly, you don't feel like just a number, which often happens in large modern hotels. Definitely one of the best hotels we've visited.

Everything you need for a great vacations at one place
Pros:

Great hotel, with amazing frendly stuff and various offer. Great food (breakfast is amazing, lunch is ok, and dinner is again very good, you even get snacks between dinner and lunch). There are a lot of different options for entertaiment (table tennis, pool, pilates, yoga,...). There is a great spa facilities (5 saunas that are for adult and even more saunas for family) and good massages. One of the saunas have the most beautiful look at the lake.
Ski slopes are close - Bad Kleinkeircheim is 15 minuts drive away.
At one place you have everything you need for a great relaxing or sport vacations. Defenitely we will come back again.

Cons:

Only one small thing - at check-in they told us, that they put us in different room that we booked , later we figure out, that we don't have lake view room. So, if this happens, be sure, that you check up for that (if you booked the room with lake view), because most of the rooms have really amazing look on the lake :)
