Das war fantastisch!:)
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach außergewöhnlich und hat all unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Der Service war nicht nur auf höchstem Niveau, sondern wirklich herausragend – aufmerksam, herzlich und absolut professionell bis ins kleinste Detail.

Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und schafft eine einzigartige, fast magische Atmosphäre. Das Essen war exzellent – jedes Gericht ein echtes Erlebnis – und die Cocktails gehören ohne Zweifel zu den besten, die wir je probiert haben.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team: Ihr leistet unglaubliche Arbeit und macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir sind begeistert – ihr seid einfach fantastisch!

Mit die Top-Unterkunft auf den Rosarios
Pros:

Sehr gute Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Essen und da nur 6 Hotelzimmer vorhanden sind, exklusives Setting.

Cons:

Tagsüber lauter Partybetrieb, man kann sich aber in den ruhigeren Poolbereich zurückziehen. Ab 15:00 sind die Tagesgäste weg und es ist ruhig.

Las actividades increíbles.

He pasado 3 noches increíbles en el hotel, como digo tanto por el paisaje espectacular, como por las instalaciones y las actividades que ofrecen como por el trato del personal.

Me gustaría destacar el trato que recibimos de parte de;
Catalina, era nuestra persona de contacto siempre preocupada por ofrecernos la mejor experiencia y una persona encantadora, siempre con una sonrisa, ella y su compañero Iván hacen que funcione el hotel de manera impecable.

Por otro lado destacó a Damián Atencio, Camilo Gómez y José Daniel Ruiz. Siempre pendiente de nosotros, llegamos a entablar una gran amistad y es debido a los gran trabajadores que son y el trato que recibimos, estoy seguro que estos grandes profesionales llegarán muy lejos. Gracias a ellos pudimos conocer mejor la isla, su cultura y las tradiciones.

Por último también menciona a Carolina, fue una suerte contar con ella, ya que hizo que viviéramos una experiencia totalmente personalizada y VIP.

En definitiva el hotel es una pasada, pero lo que lo hace genial son los grandes trabajadores que tienen.
Súper recomendable y con muchas ganas de volver!!

I was a bit worried that it would be a “party hotel” with all the day guests - but they left at 15:00 and were mostly just there to lay down

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t that great and didn’t match the quality of the hotel or e.g. the dinner

Conforto do quarto contrastou com o barulho e falta de prioridade aos hóspedes.
Pros:

Gostamos do quarto e da piscina. Gostamos muito do atendimento e simpatia de todos os funcionários. Um agradecimento especial ao Daniel, Kevin, Jose e Ivan.

Cons:

Música alta muito cedo. Dão mais importância aos clientes do Beach Club do que aos hospedes do hotel. O Pequeno-almoço é muito fraco face ao valor pago. A decoração do restaurante Maria Rosa não se coaduna com a restante decoração do hotel. Não é confortável visualmente. Não acho que o hotel esteja ao nível de um hotel 5 estrelas.

Cons:

No es que sea un mal hotel. Simplemente no encaja con mi tipo de ocio. Es un resort demasiado exclusivo donde la gente va a beber y a tomarse fotos. Los trozos de playa son minúsculos y es un hotel pensado para el postureo. Sí buscas naturaleza este no es el sitio. La música está tan alta que no escuchas el mar o los pájaros.

El lugar es increíble, perfecto para durante el dia escuchar buena musica y de noche descansar. La comida es gourmet y deliciosa. Lo mejor es el trato de sus empleados! Todos fueron perfectos!

Amazing beach and hotel
Pros:

Bora Bora is truly a dream. The rooms are extremely comfortable and offer beautiful ocean views. The beach is gorgeous, with crystal-clear water. The staff is very polite, and the food and drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is lively and fun during the day, yet quiet and relaxing at night, so it’s the perfect combination. We definitely want to come back!

Pros:

El servicio de los empleados es excepcional.

Cons:

Es demasiado ruidoso por los grupos de pasadía. Si vas a descansar y quedarte, no lo recomiendo.
De todas maneras el hotel es muy bonito, la comida es deliciosa y el staff es muy servicial.

Beautiful location and azure sea, with lovely staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and a good variety. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was a cool haven and peaceful (you couldn't hear the outside noise during the day really).

Cons:

It would have been nice to been given a welcome drink of bubbles or wine (it didn't have to be champagne) as I said that it was a very special holiday for me and my partner before I adopt a baby. I did say this but it wasn't met. The value overall I'm just neutral on. It was a great stay but expensive and the price went up when I went to book it.

A repetir sem dúvida, o local é lindo e paradisíaco!!
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. Desde a localização, a simpatia dos funcionários em geral, e de toda a envolvencia do espaço. Quarto confortável e de elevado gosto de decoração. Música sempre top, que cria um ambiente jovem super descontraído e de uma vibe única !! Espaço a voltar sem dúvida!!
Quero também destacar a simpatia, cordialidade e o empenho em nos servir bem de todos os funcionários sem exceção, mas gostaria de ressalvar o profissionalismo destes quatro elementos ; Catalina, Ivan, Damian e o Fernando… Gracias mis amigos, vos levoamos no coração!! ❤️

Cons:

Fuktlukt i rummet. Troligen dålig ventilation och konstigt bygge. Blev biten av löss och lopper, troligen från helskuggesängarnarna vid poolen.

Pros:

El personal está siempre atento, aunque.no supieron manejar algunas situaciones con la eficiencia de un 5*. El servicio de restaurante es muy bueno, aunque no hubieron suficientes opciones veganas (aún habiendo avisado con antelación). Las instalaciones y la ubicavión 10 puntos. Cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Se venden como un sitio de descanso luego de las 16hs pero una de las noches se quedó en la zona vip del beach club un grupo de visitantes que no estaban alojados y parecían amigos de los dueños o de una de las empleadas. Hicieron fiesta con música fuerte hasta las 4am y se los podía ver consumiendo sustancias. Esto fue algo que el hotel no supo explicar ni compensar. Tampoco se preocuparon por tener leches vegetales para el desayuno, y otros sustitutos para veganos, habiendo avisado varios días antes. No vale las 5*
