Beautiful location and azure sea, with lovely staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and a good variety. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was a cool haven and peaceful (you couldn't hear the outside noise during the day really).

Cons:

It would have been nice to been given a welcome drink of bubbles or wine (it didn't have to be champagne) as I said that it was a very special holiday for me and my partner before I adopt a baby. I did say this but it wasn't met. The value overall I'm just neutral on. It was a great stay but expensive and the price went up when I went to book it.

A repetir sem dúvida, o local é lindo e paradisíaco!!
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. Desde a localização, a simpatia dos funcionários em geral, e de toda a envolvencia do espaço. Quarto confortável e de elevado gosto de decoração. Música sempre top, que cria um ambiente jovem super descontraído e de uma vibe única !! Espaço a voltar sem dúvida!!
Quero também destacar a simpatia, cordialidade e o empenho em nos servir bem de todos os funcionários sem exceção, mas gostaria de ressalvar o profissionalismo destes quatro elementos ; Catalina, Ivan, Damian e o Fernando… Gracias mis amigos, vos levoamos no coração!! ❤️

Algo decepcionado
Pros:

El personal está siempre atento, aunque.no supieron manejar algunas situaciones con la eficiencia de un 5*. El servicio de restaurante es muy bueno, aunque no hubieron suficientes opciones veganas (aún habiendo avisado con antelación). Las instalaciones y la ubicavión 10 puntos. Cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Se venden como un sitio de descanso luego de las 16hs pero una de las noches se quedó en la zona vip del beach club un grupo de visitantes que no estaban alojados y parecían amigos de los dueños o de una de las empleadas. Hicieron fiesta con música fuerte hasta las 4am y se los podía ver consumiendo sustancias. Esto fue algo que el hotel no supo explicar ni compensar. Tampoco se preocuparon por tener leches vegetales para el desayuno, y otros sustitutos para veganos, habiendo avisado varios días antes. No vale las 5*

Läget och havet. Avslappnande och stilrent.

Cons:

Fuktlukt i rummet. Troligen dålig ventilation och konstigt bygge. Blev biten av löss och lopper, troligen från helskuggesängarnarna vid poolen.

Magnifique service, mais expérience très décevante et ambiance inadaptée au repos
Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel : adorable, attentionné, professionnel et réellement aux petits soins. C’est sans aucun doute le point fort de l’établissement.
Les chambres sont très bien conçues, agréables et confortables dans l’ensemble. Le cadre est beau et le restaurant propose une cuisine de grande qualité.

Cons:

n’est pas clairement mis en avant lors de la réservation, transforme l’hôtel en beach club de 8h30/9h jusqu’à 15h : musique très forte avec DJ, ambiance très festive, clientèle extérieure venue faire la fête. Les premières lignes de beds sont payantes jusqu’à 15h, même pour les résidents, et il n’y a pas d’espace réellement privilégié pour les clients séjournant sur place.
Nous étions venus pour nous reposer. L’ambiance est clairement orientée fête (type Ibiza) et ne correspond pas à un séjour détente.
Il n’y a par ailleurs pas de véritable plage exploitable (selon les marées et avec une mer assez agitée).
Problème également d’eau chaude : pression très faible et eau à peine tiède.
Nous avions payé 555 € pour deux nuits, mais nous n’en avons passé qu’une seule car l’ambiance ne nous convenait pas du tout. Nous avons donc écourté notre séjour sans qu’aucun geste commercial ne soit proposé.
Les prix du restaurant sont élevés (niveau européen). Il faut également être attentif aux additions, certains éléments non prévus ont été ajoutés à la note.
Enfin, l’hôtel étant situé sur une île, on est totalement dépendant de l’établissement. Pour quitter les lieux, il faut payer un bateau supplémentaire (environ 90 USD), ce qui renforce le sentiment d’être captif.
À notre sens, une ou deux nuits maximum si l’on recherche une ambiance festive. Pas adapté pour un séjour repos.

Volveremos de todas manera!! la mejor experiencia

El capital humano del hotel es maravilloso, nos llevamos el mejor recuerdo de Fernando, Jose, Camilo, Juan , Catalina, Jaime, Damián.. , y todos en general, en verdad sabemos que vamos a volver . Una experiencia increíble en el hotel! lo máximo!! gracias por hacernos sentir en casa!

Enamorada del lugar, volveria
Pros:

Habitación: excelente, muy grande (éramos 2 personas), con aireacondicionado, con TV acceso a Netflix y otras plataformas (util en la tarde noche). El baño me pareció adecuado. En nuestro caso no tuvimos problemas con el gua caliente (lei en otros comentarios que si), pero considerando el calor tampoco se necesita mucho
Personal: muy amables y atentos, en verdad una muy buena experiencia
Instalaciones exteriores: este hotel tiene pocas habitaciones lo que hace que los que se puedan hospedar sean pocos (lo que para mi es genial), sin embargo durante el dia llega bastante gente que se quedan durante el dia (9 a 15 hrs). Sin embargo los que se hospedan tiene asegurado reposeras fuera de su habitación, y posterior a que se va el resto de personas se puede cambiar a las reposará de primera fila con vista al mar. En globo me gusto mucho ya que en el dia había mas movimiento y vida, pero ya desde las 15 hrs te podías relajar y disfrutar todas las instalaciones prácticamente sola (lo máximo que lo compartimos fue con otras 10 personas).
Playa: tiene 3 acceso al mar, la arena es poca, pero el mar es muy bueno. Hay algo de piedra y coral por lo que recomiendo llevar sandalias
IMPORTANTE: es un lugar mas bien tranquilo, incluso cuando llegan las personas que van por el dia, por lo que si quieres fiesta este NO es tu lugar (después de las 15 hrs se podría decir que es un poco muerto). Si quieres relajarte, disfrutar la playa con poca gente, ver un buen atardecer y acostarte temprano este ES tu lugar.

Cons:

Comida: bastante buena aunque opciones relativamente limitada (igual hay varios platos). Estas un poco obligado a comer ahi, salvo que salgas al pueblito (yo no lo hice a si que no se que tan alejo ni se en verdad hay donde comer). Efectivamente no es lo mas barato pero tampoco excesivamente caro. Creo que es algo que hay que asumir, no lo tomaría como algo negativo
Cuando fuimos estaban arreglando la piscina por lo que no lo pudimos usar, pero supongo que esto ya esta solucionado

המקום מאוד יפה ומעוצב , החדרים גדולים ונקיים ומאובזרים היטב, יש אוירה מהממת ברזורט. קטלינה. היתה שרירותית מאוד ויצאה מגדרה לעזור בכל ענין .

Cons:

לוקח מלא זמן לקבל אוכל במסעדה , הם מאוד איטיים . גם אם אתה אורח המלון יש כיסאות בחוף או באזור שגובים הרבה כסף וזה לא הוגן למי ששוהה במלון

Perfect spot
Pros:

The staff here is just incredible. I had the absolutely perfect time here and want to come a million times more. I will say that you should plan ahead and not get hangry because service can be a little slow but it's Island time

Un petit coin de paradis
Pros:

Un accueil parfait, le logement magnifique et spacieux, lit très confortable, les très bons repas, une terrasse menant droit à la mer, le calme au matin et soir, l’ambiance la journée. Le combo parfait pour un retour de rêve.
Grand Merci a Ivan qui a été au petit soin pour nous, et a toujours su répondre à nos questions et attentes.
