Personal superamable. Te ayudan mucho si les pides información. La ubicación es excelente, está en el centro y es una zona tranquila. Hay varias cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona. El desayuno del hotel,en mi opinión podría estar mejor, pero es satisfactorio.

Расположение отеля в центре города очень удобное. Кровати удобные. Завтрак очень понравился! Персонал отеля ОЧЕНЬ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЫЙ и отзывчивый, большое спасибо за хорошее отношение к гостям!

Cons:

Номер маленький, нет шкафа, из мебели только кровати, тумбочки, вешалка и столик-консоль. Для четырех звезд очень тесно.

Pros:

La chambre spacieuse. Le matelas mais pas les oreillers. La douche grande et l'emplacement près de tout. Les dames à la réception très arrangeantes

Cons:

Les coussins trop durs et épais. Le frigo qui ne marchait pas. L'absence d'aération dans la douche. Et le petit déjeuner à fuir !!! Très en deçà de ce qu'on peut trouver dans les cafés avoisinants

A really nice modern hotel!
Pros:

The room was a good size in this modern hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. We only opted for a basic room without any frills but was really impressed.
The breakfast was not a buffet but served to your table. It was substantial and varied. You had a choice of coffees and how you liked your eggs but you could not go back for more.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was good and there was set items that came to your table it depended a bit on your waiter! So don't be afraid to ask for missing items (as mentioned in the the written set menu)
Also, some of photos of food items did not totally match what arrived.
