A simple and quiet break in a lovely family run setting.
Pros:

The family and set up of Villa Ippocampi was just glorious - hospitable and a little haven from a more busier environment outside its walls. The pool set up was lovely and the little cafe on site was a joy.

Cons:

I would say some of the simpler facilities like quality of the beds and some of the cooking implements in the kitchenette could be updated. Otherwise the rooms were clean, simple and provided us with what we needed.

It was one of the best holidays ever. We'll be back!
Pros:

The place itself is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Lovely gardens and a lot of thought has gone into everything. Sophia, Nikos and Lydia are wonderful hosts, really helpful and informative.
The rooms are lovely, very comfortable and spacious. Our balcony looked out over the gardens and the sunrise in the morning.
The pool is wonderful for relaxing.
The Villa is well situated, in a quiet location but also very close to the heart of Koutoulafari and its many fantastic restaurants.

Cons:

I honestly couldn't think of anything.

Gezellig verblijf op een een fijne plek.
Pros:

Ippocampi is een sfeervol appartementencomplex dat fijn ligt t.o.v. de nabije restaurants, winkels en supermarkten. Fijn zwembad met prima ligbedden. Ruim appartement met de meest noodzakelijke voorzieningen en een balkon met redelijk uitzicht (kamer 17). Douche, wastafel en toilet schoon en ruim.
Vriendelijke eigenaresse die Nederlands spreekt.
Per auto zijn vele strandjes en andere dorpen/steden goed bereikbaar. Eigen parkeerplaats tegenover het appartement (6 plaatsen).

Cons:

Helaas was er na 12.00 uur geen mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de bar-faciliteiten bij het zwembad. Door een tijdelijk tekort aan personeel.

Perfect litttle gem
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Ippocampi. The villa itself is charming and beautifully designed in an idyllic Greek style, with thoughtful details that make the atmosphere feel both authentic and inviting. Good size of room with a comfortable living area, a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, and a nice balcony. Sophia is an excellent host- warm, friendly, and full of great local recommendations. Nice pool area and a little bistro to enjoy a morning coffee facing the sea. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, style, and hospitality.

Cons:

Wi-fi very weak, it was explained this is due to the construction of the walls. Some unfinished constructions and a bit too turistic places around contrasting with the overall vibe and charm of the villa. Finally, although very good coffee served in the bistro, some complementary options in the room would have been highly appreciated.

A perfect relaxing family holiday.
Pros:

Just back from the most perfect two week break here, Sophia, Lydia and Nikos were the perfect hosts. Everything was beautiful from the start. The pool area is exceptional, sometimes had the pool to ourselves. The rooms and gardens so well kept and lots of lovely personal touches throughout the grounds.
We will miss our morning coffees and granola bowls!
Cannot wait to return, this is a real gem in a beautiful place.

Absolute bliss! If I could stay every year for a few weeks to rest and relax - 3 nights was not long enough
Pros:

The most idyllic oasis - absolutely stunning gardens/grounds. Felt so peaceful and wish we had stayed longer

Cons:

The only tiny improvement we would make to make our stay more comfortable would to include a coffee machine or a small amount of coffee for people just staying for a couple of nights as we had to buy a full pack of which felt wasteful as none was provided but we wanted in our room in the morning. Beautiful coffees for fair price by the pool, but just felt this small thing would have made our stay perfect!
