Bien situé à 10 mn à pieds de la vieille ville (porte d’Ambroise)

Chambre très bruyante pour dormir car côté rue, circulation jusqu’à tard et tôt le matin. Je conseille aux voyageurs de demander une chambre côté piscine.

We booked an all-inclusive package. The breakfast was delicious, though options for Muslims were limited. Lunch and dinner were tasty.
The "all-inclusive" plan covers only alcoholic beverages and cold drinks; hot drinks come at an extra cost.
The pool is nice—though small—with a depth of up to 1.50 meters. The ice cream is good, and the hotel's location is excellent, situated about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and 15 min walk from the beach.

יחסית לסכום ששילמנו, זהו לא מלון 4 כוכבים. יותר דומה לאכסניה חמודה עם בריכה קטנה מוקפת בניינים שצופים לבריכה.
אין מספיק מיטות שיזוף בבריכה, אנשים תופסים אותם מוקדם בבוקר. הבריכה קפואה, כבר עדיף את הים. היה חסר בטריות בכספת (בסוף לא השתמשנו), היה חסר בטריות לשלט הטלויזיה.
האוכל- אוכל נחמד, לא מעבר. תמיד מצאנו מה לאכול בארוחת בוקר וערב. צהריים פשוט מזעזע ולא מושקע.
התאורה בחדר ממש גרועה.
בקיצור, אם אתם רוצים מלון ממש מפנק- זה לא המקום. היו לא מעט זוגות ששילמו המון כסף וממש התאכזבו ממה שקיבלו.
Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff very friendly, cheerful and anything is no trouble at all.
Ambience in common areas very good with peaceful areas as well.
Room for 4 is described as 2 bedrooms but has no deviding wall or door on second room it is open and therefore only privacy for 2, great for family rooms but not for 4 adult friends.

Receptionist Stefan was very rude and aggressive. Harrasing us in our room in middle of the night

Actually, I didn’t like anything. Hotel is dirty, low level hotel with people who benefit from all exclusive concept, drink cheap wines and local awful beer.
It is an old, dirty hotel trying to stay 4 star hotel by giving you stupid small accessories.
Location is bad, so far away from the beach.
Staff is nice and helpful. Food is awful, pool is dirty, Rooms are old and not well maintained.
I have no idea how this hotel can be ranked as 4 star hotel.
