Cet hôtel manque d amour !

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et avenants
La vue sur la terrasse est très jolie

Schlimmstes Erlebnis in drei Wochen Kolumbien

Wir hatten für 4 Personen drei Zimmer für 5 Tage gebucht und bezahlt und haben noch am Tag der Ankunft ein anderes Hotel gesucht.
Wir waren auf den Preis, die "Strandlage" und die 4 Sterne hereingefallen.
Es stinkt, es ist verwahrlost (wie übrigens die ganze Insel San Andrés), der Pool grün, das Bettzeug fleckig, alle Pflanzen tot.
Und es gibt dort KEINEN STRAND sondern nur sehr schroffes Lavagestein über das man klettern muss um an das Wasser zu kommen.
Wir blieben gezwungenermaßen 1 Nacht und schliefen vor Ekel in Kleidern. Da ein Blick in die Küche nur Schlimmstes erahnen ließ, verließen wir ohne Frühstück das Haus. Mit Hotel hat es eigentlich nichts zu tun, es gibt auch kein Personal, nur das Inhaberehepaar, die wohl nett sind aber Ihre Gäste arglistig täuschen, denn keines der Fotos bei bookingcom entspricht nur ansatzweise der Realität. Die beiden Schäferhunde sind gut erzogen, stinken aber zum Himmel. Ein kleiner Teich IM Haus verströmt noch zusätzlich den Geruch von fauligem Wasser.
Gerne würde ich die Fotos beifügen, die ich gemacht habe. Wir erwarten von bookingcom eine Rückzahlung, denn wir fühlen uns betrogen.

San Andrés paraíso!
Pros:

Hermoso lugar frente al mar, muy tranquilo. Lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad de sus anfitriones, la Sra Patricia y el Sr Fernando muy atentos y amables, nos resolvieron todo lo que estuvo a su alcance. Nos ayudaron con el alquiler de la mula, con los taxis, con los bus para movernos por la isla.
El hotel tiene una pileta hermosa y grande y muy limpia.
El desayuno que sirven delicioso.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les propriétaires sont incroyablement dévoués, gentils et toujours très amicaux, ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un vrai plus pour nous : légèrement excentré, il était parfait pour notre enfant de 3 ans, car nous avons pu profiter du calme et de la sécurité loin du centre. Pour d’autres voyageurs, cela pourrait être un inconvénient si vous cherchez à être au cœur de l’animation, mais pour nous c’était exactement ce que nous voulions. Très recommandable !

Cons:

Les installations pourraient être un peu plus récentes, mais étant en front de mer, le sel abîme naturellement tout. Cela n’a en rien affecté notre séjour, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Rien à redire à ce niveau-là !

A única coisa que posso salientar e a atenção que os donos nos dão, porém, o restante deixa tudo a desejar, o café da manhã e péssimo, servido individualmente todo dia sem nenhuma opção de fruta ,vc e recebido com os donos e dois cachorros enormes ( adoramos cachorros ) ,sem contar gato andando pelo hotel, em cima de tudo , acho que aqui nao tem vigilância sanitária, tive que trocar de quarto, pq dormi meia hora no colchão e já afundou , péssima qualidade .A diária que pagamos no Brasil pagaríamos um hotel muito bom , foi uma experiência péssima, viajo muito e posso dizer que tolero muita coisa , e leio muito as avaliações das pessoas e nao quero que ninguém passe o que passamos .As toalhas encardidas , eu devia ter documentado tudo , mas nao era minha intenção prejudicar . A piscina estava com lodo quando chegamos . Foi difícil, espero que todos sejam honestos na avaliação.

Pros:

Nos gustó la amabilidad de Fernando, el anfitrión. El jugo natural ofrecido en el desayuno muy rico, en general el desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

El hospedaje queda ubicado a 2 km de las playas principales de San Andrés, así que se debe tomar transporte público o taxi. En teoría se puede caminar, pero con el calor es complicado y de noche es oscura la ruta.
El baño de la habitación donde nos hospedamos tenía cortina a cambio de puerta y hacía falta una cortina para separar la ducha del sanitario. Una de las toallas que nos dieron estaba algo rota lo cual no da buena presentación. Faltó un mueble para colgar la ropa en la habitación.
