La ubicación y la hospitalidad de los dueños
La habitación estaba vieja, la cama incómoda, no había agua caliente para bañarse, en el desayuno no tenías opciones te daban café con una porción de pizza y un pan lactal y si le pedías azúcar o edulcorante te decían que no tenían. Muy amables pero si sos un hotel hay cosas que tenés que tener porque estás pagando y no es barato

La atención de don Fernando y doña Patricia es excelente, ambos se preocupan mucho en orientarlo a uno. Los desayunos deliciosos, el ambiente es muy agradable, tranquilo e ideal para descansar.
O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. O proprietário sr Fernando é muito prestativo. A piscina é otima. O lugar é calmo. Só que não tem praia em frente e outra coisa que ficou difícil é que tem outro hotel com o nome "Sunset" e isto fez muita confusão qdo chegamos e qdo voltamos dos passeios. O Taxi nos deixou no outro hotel (ficava no sul da ilha), o ônibus também e a pé é um pouco longe (a noite é perigoso). O melhor seria, realmente, ficar perto das praias do centro e onde sai os passeios.

The air con worked well.
Firstly, it is difficult to contact the property in advance; they ignore messages. When I eventually did get a number for an airport taxi from them and organised it in advance, the driver never turned up at the airport and said he was too busy. The hotel is not close to anything, not in walking distance to a shop or a restaurant so you are stuck without taxis at night. When we asked the owners for help, they just directed us back to the same driver that rejected us and didn’t help us further finding something to eat.
The room we had did not have a lock on the door and in general, you don’t have a key to come in and out of the hotel, the owners have to unlock the door for you every time so it’s like being a teenager again. There is no hot water. The mirrors are too dirty to see into. The bathroom has no toiletries or space to put any. The bed was incredibly hard and my partner had a bad back from it.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and when I apologized for my egg allergy, the owner shrugged and said ‘tomorrow’.
We booked for 2 nights but left after one. We kept trying to pay online through Booking, but card after card was rejected. When we left we said that we would honour the payment and wanted to check that it had gone through. We were asked to put our details into their banking app and even when we protested that the amount was too high, they insisted. In the end, we just wanted to get out of there.

Es una casa grande acondicionada para ser hotel, lo cual no le quita nada de buena atencion y comodidad. Fernando y su esposa son dos personas maravillosas y colaboradoras. Nos prestaron plata para agarrar el bus ya que no teníamos cambio, ese tipo de cosas no las van a encontrar en un restort. En cuanto al hotel, recibí exactamente por lo que pagué. Una habitación cómoda, una cama con un colchón muy cómodo y la hacían limpieza a diario. Desayuno bueno y para mi era cantidad exacta. La piscina no la usamos pero se veía grande y en buen estado. Por las noches el sitio era silencioso y muy bueno para descansar, lejos del ruido del centro de la isla. El hotel esta a unos 10 mins del centro y justo en frente te pasa un bus que te lleva por unos 2 dolares. Fernando y su esposa siempre estuvieron atentos a dar instrucciones y a recomendar sitios o personas que podían ayudar a conocer la isla. Para mi todo estuvo 10/10.
