Very decent little hotel with lovely staff, 24/7 reception, and clean rooms with AC, TV and fridge. 10 mins walk into the center. Wifi working well. Breakfast basic (eggs + bread) but freshly made. For the price, fulfilled all our expectations.
It's already quite on the edge of town and we were told not to go further to avoid shady corners. Not all rooms have a wardrobe / space to hang clothes nor a table where you can sit. Breakfast could use some variety. Pool area looks a bit neglected, we didn't go for a swim.

Olvide pedir servicio de aseo y por eso mi cuarto permaneció sucio cosa que no se advierte, pedí cambio de habitación y tarifas desproporcionada.

El hotel está muy lindo, la habitación es cómoda, estaba limpia, cama comoda. El personal muy amable y el desayuno aunque la cantidad era poca, estaba rico
Lo unico no tan bueno es el sector, algo solitario y muchos habitantes de calle, por esa razón se hace inseguro por la noche, si sales de noche volver en taxi para mayor seguridad
Tiene internet y es limpio y tiene directv
El aire no enfriaba mucho la habitacion
Tiene una ubicación muy central, es facil llegar y es fresco

Only one positive - it was cheap
1) although location is close to the center, the last couple of blocks you have to walk through to get to the hotel are overtly scary
2) customer service is non-existent. Wifi didn't reach my room and the hallway leading to the room was pitch dark - I messaged the property at least half a dozen times and walked down to the reception 3 times over 2 days. Every time they said they are coming right over, every time nobody came. Then when I finally lost my patients, after 2 full days of asking for help, and requested to leave a day early, they declined to prorate the payment and then insisted that somebody comes fix all the things I have been asking to fix right as I was packing my bags to leave. They also tried to gaslight me with insisting that it's my phone's fault that wifi wasn't working (miraculously works everywhere else)
3) the pool was visibly dirty
4) the advertised breakfast is scarce.
