El Hotel presta un muy buen servicio, la relación precio/lugar es totalmente equilibrado. Queda muy cerca a la bahía, lugar muy agradable para bañarse, es limpio y no hay tantos vendedores ambulantes. Todos son muy amables, todo muy higiénico.
Lo único que no favorece mucho es el sitio en el que está ubicado, ya que al ser el centro, sus calles permanecen con habitantes de calle, lo cual puede ser bastante incómodo, pues hacen sus necesidades allí y los olores son fatales. No es recomendable caminar a altas horas de la noche por este lugar.
Las chicas de la recepcion fueron muy amables, también la sra del restaurante.
Nada que no me haya gustado.

La ubicación no es la adecuada, se encuentra muy cerca de la zona industrial y puertos, por este motivo el sector queda muy solo y lleno de habitantes de la calle, es inseguro salir o ingresar en ciertas horas

La mejor forma de llegar es siguiendo por la bahía, la llegada desde el centro de la ciudad puede sentirse algo insegura si no se conoce el sector.

El jacuzzi de la suite, que fue un factor clave para elegir el alojamiento, no estuvo operativo durante toda la estadía. Aunque se reportó el problema y el hotel intentó solucionarlo, nunca funcionó correctamente (problemas de llenado y presión). Esto afecta directamente la experiencia, ya que se paga por un servicio que no está 100% funcional.

El trato del personal es excelente.
La habitación muy pequeña. El papel de baño situado casi en el suelo. La ducha no tragaba bien agua. No tenía ventana al exterior, y las cortinas era clara, por lo que la luz del pasillo se colaba sí o sí.
