La ubicación muy buena, se accede de manera fácil a los diferentes medios de transporte público por su buena ubicación, está a 10 cuadras aproximadamente del rodadero, se llega caminando. La atención del señor ERISON fue EXCELENTE, su atención, amabilidad, colaboración fue excepcional. Los felicito por ese excelente servicio

Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca al rodadero y muy facil tomar bus para cualquier destino.
Al llegar los muebles no estaban limpios, muy llenos de polvo. Está en una zona de billares por lo cual hay demasiado ruido todo el día y noche. Además se escucha mucho ruido de la gente en los corredores y demás habitaciones por lo cual no es un espacio para descansar como tal.
Que nos hicieran un desayuno viajero, ya que teníamos que salir temprano y no podíamos desayunar a la hora establecida, me gustó también que las camas contaran con una frazada
Que en el desayuno solo dieran una arepa y el ruido exterior en la madrugada, también que el check in fuera tan largo porque veníamos muy cansadas y llegamos tarde en la noche, lo otro es que no cambiaban las sábanas y las toallas a diario. Por último la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar

The breakfast is not as shown in the pintura. The área is very norte. It was impossible to rest. The cleaniness is poor. The Windows in the room 302 is misaligned and makes a terrible noise. On the first day, we were given web towels, and when I told the housekeeper, se was not friendly. Thanks.
The staff was friendly.
The room they gave me was next to the road. The noice outside was really loud. It is not convenient for people who just arrived from traveling and needed a good long sleep.
