Τέλειο κρεβάτι, πολύ κακός φωτισμός για μακιγιάζ, ελαφρώς ελλιπής η καθαριότητα.

Ωραία διακόσμηση, εκπληκτικής ποιότητας στρώμα στο κρεβάτι, άνεση χώρου μεγάλο δωμάτιο.

Cons:

Ο φωτισμός είναι τρομερά ανεπαρκής ιδίως αν είσαι γυναίκα και θέλεις να κάνεις μακιγιάζ. Είναι σα να προσπαθείς να βαφτείς στο σκοτάδι. Βάλτε τουλάχιστον στο μπάνιο δυνατότητα για έξτρα δυνατό φωτισμό.
Ενώ τα χρώματα διακόσμησης του δωματίου μου άρεσαν (μαύρο/χρυσο) οι επιφάνειες θα έπρεπε να καθαρίζονται με κάποιο αλκοολούχο διάλυμα σε κάθε καθαρισμό για νέο επισκέπτη, γιατί στο μαύρο χρώμα φαίνεται κάθε δαχτυλιά ή λιπαρότητα που έχει ακουμπήσει.
Επίσης κάποια στιγμή πρέπει να σταματήσουν στα ξενοδοχεία αυτά τα άθλια διακοσμητικά μαξιλάρια και τα runners στα πόδια του κρεβατιού τα οποία δεν πλένονται και ακουμπούν πάνω στα καθαρά σεντόνια και τις μαξιλαροθήκες. Είναι σιχαμένα. Ο προηγούμενος μπορεί να τα είχε πετάξει στο πάτωμα. Είναι δυνατόν να ακουμπούν πάνω στο καθαρό μαξιλάρι μου? Ξεφορτωθείτε τα να ηρεμήσουμε μια και καλή.

Ogolnoe nic specjalnego, jak na opisy hotelu.

Cons:

Pokoje bardzo ciemne. Basen ma dachu , który stanowił główna atrakcje tego hotelu był zamknięty. Bardzo głośno, ale trzeba się z tym liczyć ze względu na lokalizację.

Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und überzeugen durch ein ausgefallenes, interessantes Design. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Die Balkone fallen je nach Zimmer unterschiedlich groß aus, sind jedoch in jedem Fall ausreichend, um das lebhafte Treiben im Paceville-Viertel zu beobachten.

Es sollte einem allerdings bewusst sein, dass sich das Hotel mitten im Partyviertel befindet – hier wird in Paceville-Viertel praktisch sieben Tage die Woche gefeiert. Wir waren Montag - Donnerstag und es war jeden Abend, Party vor der Türe.

Das Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich, mit einer soliden Auswahl an Obst, Wurst, Müsli sowie frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen wie Omeletts.

Der Carisma SPA ist sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders der Indoor-Pool überzeugt.
Der Outdoor-Pool war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts saisonal geschlossen und kann daher nicht bewertet werden.

Cons:

Weniger positiv waren einige Instandhaltungs- und Ausstattungsmängel:

Im Zimmer 1207 befindet sich direkt nach der Eingangstüre eine Stufe. Beim erstmaligen Betreten – insbesondere ohne eingeschaltetes Licht – besteht hier eine klare Stolpergefahr. Es wirkte so, als wäre an dieser Stelle ursprünglich eine LED-Markierung vorgesehen gewesen, diese war jedoch nicht in Betrieb. Eine funktionierende Beleuchtung oder Kennzeichnung wäre aus Sicherheitsgründen dringend zu empfehlen.

Ebenfalls im Zimmer 1207 fehlte die Schiebetüre zu Dusche und WC. Vermutlich wurde die Glastüre beschädigt und deshalb entfernt. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war jedenfalls keine Abtrennung vorhanden. Bei geöffneten Vorhängen ist die Privatsphäre dadurch stark eingeschränkt, da Einblicke von gegenüberliegenden Gebäuden möglich sind.

Die Regenbrausen in den Zimmern wiesen stark unterschiedliche Wasserdruckverhältnisse auf. Während einzelne Duschen ein sehr gutes Duscherlebnis bieten, ist die Leistung in anderen Zimmern deutlich reduziert. Dieser Unterschied fällt insbesondere bei mehreren gebuchten Zimmern auf.

Der Pool war wie angekündigt geschlossen. Angesichts der Wetterlage (ca. 24 °C und sonnig) wäre eine frühere Öffnung jedoch wünschenswert gewesen. Jedenfalls anzumerken ist, dass der Poolbereich bereits für die Eröffnungsparty am 29.04. betriebsbereit wirkte. In diesem Zusammenhang wäre es eine schöne Geste, auch Hotelgäste in solche Veranstaltungen einzubinden.

Fazit:
In Summe handelt es sich um mehrere kleinere Mängel, die sich in ihrer Gesamtheit negativ auf das Aufenthaltserlebnis auswirken. Das ist besonders schade, da das Hotel grundsätzlich ein sehr ansprechendes Konzept und großes Potenzial hat.

Pokoje mega czyste, bardzo przestronne, wszystko na najwyzszym poziomie.

Food was fantastic, also the personal. We had problem with single beds (which is actually still double bed with two separated matraces) So if you want single beds, do not expect two separated beds.
Another problem was the deposit they wanted, but was not mentioned on booking. So count on the extra money you will need to pay when you come to the reception. Hotel is located in really busy street, so if you are not lucky and your balcony or window leads into this crowdy street - you will have no chance to sleep. But we were lucky - our room was located into the inner area of the hotel.
But food and people were great

Single beds - actually not single beds, Everything is in black - also the pool area, and the upper pool outside was closed even the weather was fantastic
