The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Infinity rooftop pool is open from May till October. Pre-authorization on your credit card equivalent to €100 per night up to a maximum of €250 will be requested upon arrival for any incidental/extras charges during the stay. The hotel is in a great central location, close to the street with nightlife and clubs. Despite this, the sound insulation is excellent thanks to the double balcony doors, so outside noise was kept to a minimum.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options and high-quality food. The rooftop infinity pool with its stunning view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
I would also like to thank the hotel staff for arranging a surprise for my wife in the room (for an additional fee). It was a thoughtful gesture and helped make our stay even more special.
The biggest downside was the security deposit policy. A deposit was charged upon arrival, and even after two weeks it had still not been fully refunded. Fortunately, I paid with Revolut and was able to recover the funds. This issue left a negative impression and should be handled more efficiently.

Siamo un gruppo di amici che ha soggiornato per una notte presso questa struttura. Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti; le camere, la piscina, la SPA, la colazione e la zona. Tutto ineccepibile. Inoltre una nota di merito speciale va a Salman della reception, che ha risolto brillantemente un grosso problema in sede di check in, dato da un’incongruenza nelle varie prenotazioni. Al lui 10 e lode.
Soddisfatti di tutto, e non siamo persone che si accontentano.

Hotel was lavish, lovely decor throughout and clean. Staff were friendly and very efficient
Not a place to stay if you want a quiet break. Located in the centre of the clubs/bars and REALLY noisy. They also host pool parties from the pool open to the public at nighttime.
Infinity pool looks super but is limited on sunbathing spaces by the pool (not as advertised with the beds by the pool, that area is actually a bar and shaded seating area)
