Pros:

Velmi vstřícný personál, klid, pohoda, wellness s bazénem a vířivkou. Nádherný výhled z restaurace do přírody. Bohaté snídaně s čerstvě upečeným štrúdlem nebo croissanty, velký výběr dezertů s čerstvým ovocem, na několik způsobů udělaná vajíčka, asi 5 druhů čerstvých džusů...vážně super.

Cons:

Jako ve většině hotelu, bylo slyšet hosty z vedlejšího pokoje....ale za to hotel nemůže.

Klid, hotel je obklopený lesy. Personál byl úžasný, připadali jsme si jako VIP hosté. Krásně jsme si tam odpočinuli a zrelaxovali od každodenních povinností.

Do hotelu jezdíme již deset let a je to náš nejoblíbenější hotel. Personál na recepci je vždy velmi příjemný, stejně tak obsluha v restauraci. Snídaně vynikající a rovněž ostatní výběr jídel z menu je vždy kulinářský zážitek. Postele na pokojích velmi pohodlné.Wellness ,včetně sauny s neomezeným vstupem po celý den je super. Celkově je hotel moc útulný, klidný , kousek pěšky na lanovku na Pustevny.
