Amazing food, Well Behaved staff
Pros:

I really liked the room service, the hotel staff were active during my stay and timely completed my requests. The best thing about The Greenstar is the food. I went to the open area and sat there, ordered few dishes and enjoyed it a lot.

Pros:

My room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Well behaved staff. The breakfast was good. The staff are active and respond you within no time. I really like the vibe of the restaurant that is on the third floor.

Bitter experience, please dont stay there

Very hectic accommodation honestly

I dont like even saw it is 3 star but service is below 1st like paying guest kind of

The below points
The breakfast is really like dog food
While booking it was complementary but i got invoice of breakfast
The staffs are careless and dont know the coordial way to behave
In case of room is comcern the bed size is not good with corner edge sharp which hirt me and i injured

The door of bathroom is hard to close

Such a bad hotel..
Pros:

Restaurant Service nice, Food Awesomes.

Cons:

Such a bad hotel, no good customer service. The room is not clean. There is algae on the walls of the room. The worst experience is seeing a strange kind of living bug in the bathroom. After informing the customer service, we changed the room but had to pay extra. They did not have any kind of apology.
