Lokalizacja, czystość

Cons:

Personel niechetny do pomocy, nieuprzejmy. Prośba o dodatkowy kubek (w pokoju trzyosobowym byly dwa, jazdy z innej parafii) wywołała zdumienie i oburzenie.
Standard hotelu absolutnie nie ma nic wspolnego z czterema gwiazdkami.

Velmi milá paní na snidaních. Poloha hotelu ideální, vybavení pokoje dostačující - na pokoji varná konvice a sada na čaj a kávu.

Cons:

Velmi nepříjemný zápach na recepci z půjčovny - špatný první dojem. Nemilá zkušenost s chováním číšníka v restauraci, při dotazu na volný stůl k večeři. Vzhledem k vysoké ceně bych očekávala alespoň slevy na černohorský expres, sáně zdarma či jiné akce. Poměr cena výkon - trochu předražené. Snídaně na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel slabší ale čerstvé.
