Клиентоориентированность ноль. В баре не оказалась прохладного вина.
Pros:

Персонал приветливый это единственный плюс.

Cons:

Не понравилось отсутствие питьевой воды в номере. Старая мебель, скрипучая кровать. Зубные щетки которые должны быть бесплатно нам их продали за деньги. Есть парковочные места , но не для всех.

Big rooms with Great views
Pros:

Big rooms, more of a suite with fabulous views. Breakfast was included and was varied with good coffee. Location good.

Cons:

Location was up a hill and lifts went to half floors so not great for anyone disabled but for anyone else well worth the walk . Struggled at first to find entrance as reception not marked and thought it was a neighbouring restaurant so climbed steps. 2nd door with pots. Only one pillow and no power point near bed but all small issues

Lage,Personal,Frühstück und Abendessen..10/10 Punkte .Ein großes Dankeschön an das Personal!!

Cons:

Das zusammen gesetzte Möbel waren wahrscheinlich etwas alt und dadurch auch ein wenig beschädigt. Es tut mir leid für das negative Beschreibung aber ich möchte einfach nur Fair bleiben.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Alles war sauber und wir hatten ein großes Dreibettzimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen war reichlich und hat super geschmeckt. .Mit dem Service waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Wellnessbereich.
Saunen , wirhrpool alles ein grosser kalter Raum und nur Stühle, keine Liegen. Ausstattung war super ,aber im Januar bei Minusgraden mussten wir erst unsere Zimmer aufheizen und im Wellnessbereich konnten wir es nur in der Infrarotkabine als angenehm genießen.
Insgesamt war es im Hotel kalt

Super Lage. 5Minuten in das Zentrum.

Excellent location but overall, average stay
Pros:

The location is fantastic, amazing view over Karlovy Vary from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly - especially the breakfast colleagues!

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated decor and facilities-wise, quite basic and the breakfast is pretty average in terms of quality (the coffee is not good at all!) which was very disappointing as I saw good reviews on this which was one of the big factors I take into consideration when booking.
