Es war sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.Man kommt zu Fuß überall sehr schnell hin.Die Sicht aus dem Zimmer sehr gut.
Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend.Der Fernseh ist sehr klein.Die Deutschsprechenden Sender zu wenig.
Das Frühstück ist gut.

Die Lage und Aussicht sind super. Das Essen und Frühstück waren auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Mit Wellness hat es nicht viel zu tun. Man kann zwar Massagen buchen, aber der Wellnessbereich ist nicht einladend. Auch sehr klein. Es können maximal acht Personen zur gleichen Zeit in den Bereich.

Pros:

Člověku, který přijede za poznáním krás Karlových Varů na jednu noc, nabídne Hotel Jean De Carro velmi příjemné zázemí - strategické místo, ochotný personál, odpovídající poměr cena/ služby. Snídaně v podobě švédských stolů nabídla pro nenáročné strávníky vše, co lze posnídat- výbornou kávu i čaj, slané i sladké pečivo, mléčné produkty, máslo, sýry, uzeniny, vejce, zeleninu, zdravou cereální stravu, doplňkové pochutiny v podobě jednorázových balení marmelád, medu, nutelly. Jen nabídka ovoce byla skromnější. Za zmínku ještě stojí hezký výhled z pokoje i blízký park nad hotelem.

Cons:

Nevyužila jsem zdejší "wellness", ani možnost parkování, takže tyto hotelové služby a nabídky nemohu hodnotit.
Hotel je v mírném kopci, doporučuji zvážit vhodnost jeho výběru při zdravotních omezeních dolních končetin. Ale koneckonců jde o lázeňské město, trénink je potřeba:) A výhledy stojí za to.

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit tollem Blick über Karlovy Vary und den umliegenden Bergen. Ausstattung ordentlich und zweckmäßig, wenn auch nicht mehr neu.
Das Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl war angemessen. Die Küche bezüglich des Abendessen empfanden wir als überraschend kreativ. Gesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt !

Cons:

Anfahrt etwas "tricky" , zumal uns Maps anfänglich in die Fußgängerzone lotsen wollte. Anhand der Fotos hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Hotel eine Frühstücksterasse hat. Das ist leider nicht ganz richtig - man kann aber abend an diesen Tischen gern noch ein Glas Wein o.a. trinken, auch sehr schön.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel offers beautiful views of the city and its surroundings. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

What we liked most was the food. It tasted just like homemade meals, or even better! Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The breakfast was outstanding and offered a great selection of tasty dishes.

We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Entspannender Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Gute Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, hoteleigene Abstellplätze - allerdings nur 6 Plätze, freundliches Personal, nette Terrasse mit Blick auf Karlsbad, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Anfahrtsweg etwas kompliziert und holprig.

zhoršenie stavu oproti predchádzajúcim rokom
Pros:

Oproti minulosti evidentne menšia ponuka na švédskych stoloch, minimálny výber pečiva až z 2 druhov, menšie tácky, človek ak si naložil 3 ks syra alebo šunky mal pocit že si naložil polovicu tácne, nádoby na džús len cca 1 liter, rýchlo sa minul obsah, poháre na džús 1 dl, vidieť že sa šetrí.

Cons:

recepcia funguje od 08.00 do 22.00, ak sa chcete odubytovať pred 08.00 hod. ....., nemáte komu nechať kľúč od izby, neviete zaplatiť útratu na hotelovom bare, ..., ubytovali ma v krídle budovy kde bol krkolomný prístup, musel som vystúpiť na 4. poschodie, chodbou podkrovím prejsť do inej časti budovy a tam úzkym točitým schodiskom zísť na 2. poschodie, čo mi ale recepčná nepovedala, a po dlhom hľadaní izby mi až upratovačka vysvetlila ako sa tam dostanem, ...

Sehr gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal im nächstgelegenen Parkhaus

Cons:

Abenteuerlich mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Entgegen vorheriger Auskunft Stress, um zumindest kurz das Gepäck aus dem Auto ins Zimmer zu bringen.
