Beautiful view, nice location (reachable with public transport), friendly staff, and little cozy spa.

Cons:

The acces to the room was tricky, having to cross to an anex building isolated from the rest of the rooms and reception..
The night receptionist couldn't deal properly with aggressive and very loud guests nex to our room.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Hatte erwartet, dass eine Flasche Wasser inklusive ist. Desweiteren gab es nur die Möglichkeit auf dem Zimmer Tee zu kochen. -Keinen Kaffee.

Pros:

Přijímala nás recepční Kristina. Velmi příjemná a usměvavá, ochotně s námi jednala po celou dobu pobytu. Ostatní personál rovněž příjemný. Celkově jsme byli v hotelu velmi spokojeni. Karlovy Vary jsou výjimečné město.

Wir waren Anfang April in diesem Hotel. Absolut tolle Lage, direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Quelle. Wunderschöner Ausblick. Die Sauna war sehr gut, aber was natürlich sehr begeistert hat war das Frühstück. Ich war schon in sehr vielen Hotels weltweit, aber so ein tolles und leckeres Frühstück noch nie erlebt. Mehr als zufrieden. Der Chefkoch hat auf jeden Fall riesen Lob bekommen. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Das einzige was sehr unbequem war, sind die riesen Kissen.

Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Top Lage und man hat einen tollen Blick auf Karlovy Vary. Der Check in und Checkout war sehr gut. Es wurde alles gut erklärt und auch die Parksituation wurde kulant geregelt. Ale Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt ist schon gewöhnungbedürftig aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ist schon eine ganz schöne Holperstrecke. Im Zimmer hat mir persönlich an der Wand, wo der Fernseher hängt eine Steckdose gefehlt. Aber man hat ja neben dem Nachttisch zwei Steckdosen. Persönlich würde ich den Handtuchhalter rechts neben dem Waschtisch abmontieren und dort den Toilettenpapierhalter anbringen.
