Pros:

La habitación, amplia y limpia.

Cons:

El desayuno no es de un hotel de 5 estrellas. No tienen zumo de naranja, no puedes pedir huevos a la carta, ni un simple chocolate caliente, te lo cobran aparte. Poca variedad de producto y personal muy desagradable, aparte de no hablar apenas inglés.
La piscina del spa está fría y los jets de agua no funcionan. En general el hotel es frío de trato y no es agradable de estar, salvo en la habitación.
Los accesos a la ciudad podrían ser mejores, pero están todos cerrados menos el principal, lo que obliga a dar un rodeo considerable.

Pros:

Suite war mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Bädern ausgestattet! Tolles Interieur in den Bädern! Zimmer waren sehr ruhig. Ganz ausgezeichnet! Ein Gruß des Hotels (sehr großer Obstkorb, Wasser und am Bett eine kleine Süßigkeit). Viele Teebeutel zum eigenen Erhitzen mit Wasserkocher.
Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, lediglich bei den Brötchen gab es am ersten Tag z. B. (ortsübliche) Stangen, sonst aber genügend verschiedene Sorten.
Unterirdische Gänge zwischen den Hotels bzw. zum Schwimmbad waren zwar beschildert, doch etwas kompliziert - beeindruckend waren diese trotzdem. :-)

Die Zimmer sind toll, Wellness und Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich
Pros:

Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind wunderschön, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal im Service sehr freundlich.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und wird auch mit viel Hingabe angerichtet

Cons:

Das Hotel ist Teil eines ganzen Hotelkomplexes, das ging für mich aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. Man läuft unterirdisch sehr lange zu Rezeption, Frühstücksraum, Pool, Restaurant.

Wirklich unfassbar dreckig, ehrlicherweise abstoßend war das Wasser im Schwimmbecken. Das war wirklich eine Frechheit. Da war es auch schon egal, dass das Wasser auch noch kalt war (angegeben waren 26 Grad, ich vermute höchstens 21).

Und wer ein halbwegs gutes Frühstück schätzt wird hier auch nicht glücklich, vor allem als Vegetarier. Die Auswahl ist gering, die Qualität von Wurst, Salami, Käse absolut unterdurchschnittlich.

Beautiful preserved heritage room very comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The spa and gym have very limited hours (10:00–13:00 and 14:00–20:00), and guests are asked to leave strictly on time for lunch, which does not feel luxurious. The sauna is very small and fits only four people.
Breakfast was basic, with poor-quality ingredients and bad coffee.
The TV in the room is outdated, with no Bluetooth or streaming options.
A fruit basket was offered as a nice gesture, but half of the fruit was already spoiled, which showed a lack of staff attention to detail.

Das Frühstück war auf dem Niveau eines 2 Stern Hotel . Es gab keinen Platz Service, so das Tische schlecht besetzt waren. Auswahl sehr bescheiden und Kaffee gab es nur nach langem anstehen. Service unfreundlich und schnippisch

Die Suite war sehr schön. Zwei Badezimmer zwei Schlafzimmer alles sehr geräumig. Der Willkommensfrüchtekorb war auch super.

Einleicht unangenehmer Geruch im Flur. Denke Kanalisation.

Hatte mir mehr erwartet, gerade vom Wellness- Programm
