Super lokalita a ochotný personál. Lednice na pokoji

Cons:

Je nutné přijet do šesti pak se zavírá recepce.
Snídaně nic moc. Pečivo nebyli cerstve, čaj jen Earl grey nebo zelený. Vajicka ztuhla, jablka ztmavla.
Sprcha neodteka.
Matrace taková že když se jeden otočí druhý se probudí.
Tenké stěny takže když se sousedi baví nedá se spát.
Vedle nádraží takže nás budily vlaky.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja - blisko do wielu atrakcji Czeskiego Raju. Miła obsługa. Będąc w hotelu cofamy się w czasie - kiedyś musiało to miejsce robić wrażenie i być luksusowym miejscem. Obecnie wymaga remontu. Pomimo tego - pokój był czysty i wygodny. Śniadanie - smaczne ale bardzo minimalistyczne.

Cons:

Materac w łóżku był tam chyba od początku istnienia hotelu. Restauracja hotelu jest nieczynna.

Cons:

Do hotelu jsme přijeli mimo otvírací dobu recepce. Předtím jsem doslal asi 10 emailů od automatu, kde jsem se měl přihlásit, ale nejdůležitější informaci - kde je klíč a jak se k němu dostanu - mi byla sdělena telefonicky s tím, že mi přijde SMS s uvedením všech potřebných informací a v případě obtíží se můžu obrátit na telefonní číslo uvedené na hotelu.
SMS nepřišla a na telefonním čísle nikdo nebyl, zkoušeli jsme bez úspěchu asi 20 minut. Takže jsme zkusili jiné telefonní číslo uvedené na rezervaci pokoje, kde nám naštěstí paní poradila, takže jsme měli kde hlavu složit.
Ráno jsme byli informováni, že SMS, kde mělo být vše uvedeno , neodešla, nicméně na otázku, proč nikdo nebral telefon jsme odpověď nedostali.
Můj názor je, že se prostě na to personál vykašlal a díky že byla při smyslech alespoň paní na telefonu uvedeném v rezervaci. Takže radím všem hostům, aby buď přijeli do 18 hodiny nebo zvolili jiný hotel, protože by taky mohli zůstat na ulici.

Pros:

Poloha hotelu byla pekna. Od kazdeho vyletu, co jsem si naplanovala jsem mohla jit pesky, nemusela jsem nikam jezdit autem.
Pani recepcni byla mila a ochotna. I kdyz zrovna resila problemy, tak to zvladala velmi profesionalne.

Cons:

Pokoj by mohl byt lepe uklizeny, trochu lepe vybaveny.
