Just Lovely
Pros:

Super nice people. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and sauna. Charging of the car on site. Early breakfast on the day of Kitzbüheler Radmarathon.
Our place to revisit when coming to Kitzbühel again.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Sehr schönes komfortables Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und es wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Alle sehr nett, man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl.

Kitzbühel ist zu jeder Jahreszeit sehenswert
Pros:

Die Nähe zum.Tenniscenter(Veranstaltungen) und zur Altstadt ist ein großer Vorteil da man das Auto bzw. Motorrad stehen lassen kann(zu Fuss in ca. 15min. erreichbar).
Da Haus hat einen Wellnessbereich den wir aber selbst nicht benützten.

Cons:

Da die Pass-Thurn-Straße (B161) direkt am Hotel vorbeiführt und sehr stark befahren ist(Tag und Nacht) ist das offenhalten von Fenster bzw. Balkontüre nur bedingt möglich.

piscina, parcheggio, gentilezza della reception

Cons:

colazione scarsa e poco varia, distanza dal centro e percorso buio e poco frequentato di notte, la posizione della camera troppo calda con il sole diretto tutto il giorno e senza aria condizionata. Sauna disponibile solo con preavviso di almeno mezz'ora scomoda.
