Front-desk/reception staff issues related to payments, confirmation of room, check-in/check-out
Pros:

Annoying issues with front-desk staff related to payments, confirmation of room, check-in/check-out process. Low availability of drinking water. AC issues and the room was too hot. Bathroom was of good quality. Coffee at the restaurant tasted very good.
