Mic dejun acelasi in fiecare zi,sarac, 2 feluri de chifle. Acelasi desert in fiecare zi. Asa numita cina consta in 4 feluri de mancare care alternau, nu e de mirare ca multi plecau sa manance la alte restaurante. Cuvantul ,,service,, nu exista pt acest hotel. Cina pe terasa nu se poate lua, este doar pt clientii din afara hotelului.Tu fraierule ai platit, mananci in sala ce ti dam noi.
Cafeaua ,cand exista caci aparatul se strica zilnic, este pentru porci nu pentru oameni.Daca va asteptati la 4 stele ca in Bulgaria sau Turcia,va inselati. De fapt nu vreau sa pomenesc Turcia sa nu i jignesc comparandu i cu acest hotel.Am stat la hoteluri de 3 stele in Grecia mult peste ce ofera acest hotel.Daca doriti sa va bateti joc de bani, puteti veni la acest hotel, daca nu, cautati alt hotel.

Bucht auf keinen Fall dieses Hotel! Eine einzige Enttäuschung in vielen Bereichen.
​Wichtig für alle zukünftigen Gäste: Dieses Hotel ist KEIN Adults-Only-Hotel mehr. Die Managerin ist nicht vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter müssen bei Wünschen und Beanstandungen immer die Managerin anrufen. Was übrigends, überhaupt nichts bringt. Die sind toral unkooperative und nicht Lösungsorientiert!
Das Kopfteil, dass an die Wand Scheppert. Stört extrem. Vorallem wenn Zimmernachbarn nächtliche Aktivitäten ausüben. Nebst dem, dass Frühstücksbuffet erst am 9:00-11:00.Uhr ist. War eines Morgends die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Für die ganzen Gäste gab es kein Kaffee mehr. Man kam nicht auf die Idee, die Kaffeemaschine bei der Bar zu bedienen. Der Service ist ein absoluter flopp und unfreundlich. Das Abenduffet ist sehr mikrig und qualitative nicht Hochstehend. Die Liegen am Strand sind sehr eng gestuhlt und man wird dazu noch extra zur Kasse gebeten. Auch das Club Sandwich am Strand ist viel zu teuer und ungeniessbar. Das witzigste war, wir sind zwei Tage früher ausgecheckt da für uns der Sercice und die Qualität absolut nicht gestummen hat. Die Kosten gingen voll auf uns und zwei Tage später hat das Sea Level Hotel mich telefonisch kontaktiert und mich gefragt, wann wir denn Heute auschecken. Dabei waren wir seit zwei Tagen bereits wieder zu Hause! Chaotischer und unprofessioneller gehts kaum noch!

Kao višegodišnji gosti ovog hotela(6 godina) moram da iskažem svoje iznenadjenje sa nekim stvarima.
Kao prvo, na plaži koja je preuredjena i na kojoj se 1/2 plaze posle 18h zatvara da bi se postavili stolovi za večeru, svakodnevno je bila nestašica peškira.
Zatim, u veme doručka stalno se dešavalo da ponešto nedostaje, od šoljica za kafu, tanjira, aparat za kafu se non stop kvario, iz ponude je izbačeno mleko, jogurt, voće je bilo veoma skromno i td.
Na hotelskom parkingu, koji se nije zaključavao kao ranijih godina, bilo je mnogo više vozila nego što je bilo gostiju u hotelu tako da smo imali problem sa parkiranjem!
Sve ovo navodim jer sam do sada sa ovim hotelom bio prezadovoljan i svake godine je usluga bila sve bolja, tako da je ovo bilo veliko neprijatno iznenadjenje!

I had some comments about the desserts and fruits served at dinner and after I contacted the hotel administration they responded immediately and everything was up to standard.

1. The hotel was definitely not "adults only"
2. The room was too small for 3 persons.
3. The breakfast was the same during 8 days🤷‍♀️

Wechsel von Hotel Gruppe während wir schon vor Monaten das Zimmer gebucht hatten. Ursprünglich war das ein Erwachsenen Hotel, weshalb wir den Preis gerne gezahlt haben. War dann doch anders, weil viele Familien vor Ort waren. Also leider nicht viel Ruhe, wie geplant. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Kaffeemaschine war jeden Tag defekt. Mussten also Kaffee separat organisieren. Auswahl mangelhaft. Parkplatz Situation sehr einschränkend. Kaum Plätze für alle Gäste verfügbar.

If you are looking for a place to rest and have a 4-star experience, this is not it. This was mostly due to the type of most of the guests that stay here. Most of the guests are loud and smoke everywhere, including in the restaurant (even though on the tables that are closer to the street). The windows to the street are noise-isolated, but the room doors are not and you can hear everything, including loud conversations and screaming kids in the hallways and from other rooms. Overall, the place was very loud. Breakfast was ok but the dinner was very bad -- just a few choices that did not taste good. The food run out very fast.
