Cons:

Staff behaviour was very bad like batmizi, and I was booked AC room for 3 days, hotel staff has switched off the AC from man electric point and when we ask what is the problem with Ac they said Load Shading problem but actually they was lier. We need room for more 2 days but no can chose Hotel de gand we choose another. In short hotel de grand service is very bad and again said staff not good

Nothing not value for money. Even the contact number was wrong. I wonder that the standards of booking.com have gone far too loo. There is no evaluation by booking.com in listing such properties

Cons:

At reception I was informed that I have to pay Pkr 2000 extra to use ac. In the surrounding area far better hotels are already available in lesser price with better facilities. The place had a stink. Washrooms were dirty. Approach to the hotel was also not good.
