El hotel está nuevo y cuenta con unas instalaciones impecables y muy bien cuidadas. La recepción fue muy amable y nos atendieron con mucha cordialidad. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy bonitas y la cama súper cómoda, lo que asegura un descanso perfecto sin ruidos molestos. Aunque está un poco lejos del centro, la buena conexión de transporte lo hace fácil de acceder. Sin duda, el precio es excelente por todo lo que ofrece. ¡Totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad y tranquilidad!”
Quizás que está apartado del centro pero no es un problema para ver el centro .

La cama tenía pozos. En el desayuno la fruta pasada, nada caliente,todo de muy poca calidad y escasa variedad. La habitación muy limpia pero el personal de recepción nada empatico

Staff at reception and in the cafeteria were all a bit useless. Not unfriendly, but just not very good at there job..
El baño es muy amplio y la habitación perfecta para la estancia. El desayuno buffet muy completo.
Hotel bien ubicado, ya que en coche llegas rápidamente a otras zonas de Valladolid y al no ser tan céntrico estás en un sitio tranquilo. Las instalaciones muy bien, su estado, su limpieza, su comodidad, su personal…
Esta bien ubicado. Habitaciones bien isonorizadas y limpias. Nos ayudaron de inmediato con un inconveniente que tuvimos con la calefaccion
Nos pusieron dos camas separadas en vez de una matrimonial. Las almohadas un poco duras para mi gusto
