Pros:

櫃檯先生服務態度超好，還提供很多當地資訊，讓我們幸運地坐到檜木火車，還成功去看日出跟神木，每次看到我們進出都很親切地關心我們的行程，甚至要下班了，還特地打電話來提醒看日出的事情！

Free breakfast, friendly staff with basic but comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Location and staff were great. Short walk to the train station and visitor center. Good breakfast and drinking water stations on every floor.

Cons:

Construction on older side but didn’t bother us.

Ubicacion ideal, pero necesita mejorar.
Pros:

Que estaba dentro del parque y que el personal era amable.

Cons:

El hotel realmente pagas porque está dentro del parque pero las instalaciones están algo “abandonadas”, el baño le hace falta un poco de limpieza y renovación. Parecía que tenia goteras.
La verdad es que el precio no compensaba lo que ofrecía. Necesita cuidarse más.

簡單的住宿
Pros:

住宿位置就在阿里山森林遊樂園裡面，住宿前面就有停車場，不須另外找車位非常方便，走路就可以到火車站搭車，住宿內公共空間有飲水機，可以帶水平來裝熱水，這次本來訂雙人房，到現場升等為有景觀的四人房，有附電熱毯

Cons:

住宿內部裝潢比較舊，沒有電梯，樓梯是有點舊舊的，住宿會比較潮濕，不過每間房間都有附除濕機可以自己使用，廁所格局有點奇怪，訂房時覺得價錢便宜，後來接到電話說是因為這間房間有點問題所以價格比較低，特別來電告知

阿里山を楽しめる！
Pros:

阿里山の限られた施設の中でコスパも良く、部屋も清潔でよかったです。フロントスタッフがフレンドリーで親切です。朝食は近所のレストランで中式ブュッフェでした。可愛い看板ワンコもいます。

Cons:

エスカレーターなし、階段のみ。
