Great location for a one night stay in Alishan
Pros:

The location was great and staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and clean.

Cons:

We didn't mind that the breakfast was not onsite, but the taste really needed improvement.

Best experience and great owner/couple!
Pros:

The staff is exceptionally and very kind to carry our big luggages up the stairs. The owner even took my big bag up the slope so I don’t have to carry it and deliver it to my husband at the transit Center. Unbelievably kind and unexpected. Thank you L. Vivo

Cons:

Nothing, it is on the mountain so don’t expect 6 stars hotel from the Ritz. We have everything we need and more.

The whole room was full of mould. Not "only" the bathroom, but whole parts of walls, inside of closet etc.

Clean and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Rooms is clean and there is a bath tub.

Cons:

Can hear closing of doors. If you are not going for the sunrise, you will sure be awaken anyway :)

The property is obsolete with awful bathroom quality.

Location is good but the property is obsolete. Bath room is not clean. Value for price is low.
