Pros:

Objekat je funkcionalan i udoban,hrana odličana.Plaza hotela cista i lepo uredjena,svaki dan dobijate čiste peškire za plažu,i imate lezaljke.Ono sto je nas najviše oduševili je osoblje hotela.Sve devojke su divne i ljubazne,za svaki vas problem su tu.Vraticemo se ponovo!!!!Sve pohvale!!!!

Pros:

The reception staff were amazing! The chef was great.

Cons:

The room cleaning was not consistent and was not good. The manager agreed to remedy minor problems in the room but failed to take agreed action.

Home from home, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Extremely kind and friendly service team, i felt like at home ! Very clean and great pool, lovely breakfast. The infinity pool has amazing views.

Cons:

Slight misleading photos - I expected more sea views from bar / rooms … and also to be closer to sea. It’s only a few minutes and the beach facilities are free but this wasn’t quite clear from
the description. However, this is a minor point.

Allting var städat och rent. Det var väldigt fräscht. Men bäst av allt var personalen, dom var helt fantastiska!

Pros:

We loved the apartment itself. It was clean and very stylish. If we found it earlier we would definitely stay longer. Location is really nice, a lot of restaurants, bars with live music, nice beach. Parking is free and cozy restaurant for breakfast. But most of all we loved personnel🥰 manager Marija was the best experience of all our trip. She was so friendly and open hearted, I would come back because of her.

Sve u svemu, veoma prijatan boravak i hotel u koji bismo se rado vratile. Topla preporuka
Pros:

Čistoća hotela je besprekorna, 10/10. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno da izađe u susret. Posebne pohvale za menadžerku – divna, srdačna i veoma profesionalna.

Veliki plus je što hotel svakodnevno obezbeđuje čiste peškire za plažu.

Plaža je blizu, ali treba znati da do hotela vodi oko 200 stepenika, pa povratak sa plaže zahteva malo kondicije. 😊

Great location. Friendly staff. Good rooftop pool. Access to private beach with free loungers was the biggest selling point. Good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

They really need better soundproofing in the rooms - we could hear everything all night.
The balcony view was a bit sad compared to expectations.
Could really use an AC unit in the bedroom itself, rather than just the lounge/kitchen area.

Great little hotel with super friendly staff within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.
Pros:

Hotel is within walking distance to the beach although you do need to walk down steps and across a couple of roads to get there. Staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you. Pool at the top is not huge but the sun beds offer a quiet place to sunbathe and read, away from the beach which can be a bit busy. Rooms have a kitchenette including an oven which means you can cater for yourself. There is also a table and chairs to eat at. Balcony with a view of the sea was nice although it is on a busy road.

Cons:

Air conditioning is in the sitting room so you need to keep the bedroom door open to get the benefit in the night.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is overpriced for the overall quality and comfort provided.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, especially the black Hair receptionist I don’t know the name who was exceptionally kind, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and good.

Cons:

The hotel is overpriced for the quality offered. The bathroom was extremely small, with barely enough room to move around, and the washbasin tap did not work properly.

​Želim od sveg srca zahvaliti cijelom timu, a posebno direktorici Mariji te objema damama na recepciji.

​Njihova ljubaznost, profesionalnost i spremnost da pomognu u svakom trenutku zaista nemaju konkurenciju. Doslovno čitaju svaku želju s usana i čine sve kako bi boravak bio savršen i nezaboravan. Osjećali smo se izuzetno dobrodošlo i paženo od prvog do zadnjeg trenutka.

Savršen odmor uz pogled koji se pamti!
Pros:

Proveli smo pet predivnih dana u hotelu i zaista je sve bilo odlično. Apartman je ogroman, udoban i lepo sređen, a bazen na krovu i veličanstven pogled na zaliv su nešto što se zaista pamti.
Hotel ima svoju privatnu plažu sa restoranom, što je odličan dodatak za potpuni odmor. Doručak je bio odličan, uvek svež i raznovrstan.
Posebnu pohvalu zaslužuje osoblje, koje je zaista ljubazno, pozitivno i predusretljivo. Od prvog dana do samog odlaska učinili su da se osećamo veoma prijatno i dobrodošlo.
Sve u svemu, jedno prelepo iskustvo i mesto na koje bismo se rado vratili. ❤️

Awful. Don’t bother booking this shit hole.
Pros:

Not much. The room reeked of stale cigarettes and the air conditioner couldn’t even keep the room it was in cool. Forget the main bedroom. The manager offered us an alternative but we had to accept then and there as it was meant for another customer.

Cons:

Everything. It was like Fawlty Towers.

Замечательный отель рядом с морем. Мы должны были быть в Херцег Нови всего лишь сутки, но так нам понравился город, пляж, отель и радушие персонала, что мы остались еще на один день с большим удовольствием. За наше комфортное пребывание благодарим весь персонал отеля и отдельно Марию, за внимательное отношение к гостю, за чуткое отношение к нашим пожеланиям и нашему отдыху❤️ мы остались очень довольны

Pros:

Overall the hotel and staff were exceptional. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, very modern and fashionable. We were delighted with our room, all the facilities we needed. We were constantly laughing at our mini bar because we have never seen anything like it because it was crammed full of everything possible.
The hotel team were exceptional and very accommodating in every way, the 3 Maria's. Thanks so much ladies who made our stay memorable.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that our was at the rear of hotel and didn't have a view as backed on to a brick wall.

We also had to change our stay by one day due to issues at the Croatian border as we didn't want to miss our flight home. We were hoping that the hotel would have been able to return some of the costs but didn't which was understandable due to their cancellation policies.
