Nice place to stay in Kadugannawa
Pros:

Beautifully located above the railway station and away from the noisy Main Street. Very friendly staff. Rooms and shower very clean.

We had a pleasant stay at Dawson Bungalow. it was very homely
Pros:

" the keeper of the property was very accommodating. He obliged with our suggestions on certain interior arrangements. The room had 3 comfortable double beds and it was comfortable. They gave the driver also a quite comfortable room.

The view was amazing.

Cons:

They charged so high for an extra water bottle. The water supply in the washroom was very slow and the water heater didn't work properly.

It’s great place, very much accessible and clean. Host also very much helpful and wonderful.

Quality facilities and convenient location
Pros:

Of the 9 places I have stayed in Sri Lanka, this had the best facilities. Smart bedding and towels, working TV, bar fridge and wifi; good hot water supply. Pleasant outlook from balcony, including toque macaque monkeys playing on wires not far away. Close to main street but only train noise noticed. Owner keen to assist. Comfortable lounge chairs and small dining table. Very clean modern bathroom. Only a 350 rupee ride to the fabulous Myula Restaurant/Bar with its sensational views and great food. Exemplary.

Cons:

Very limited English spoken, making communication awkward.
