Great location and magnificent view
With the exception of the reception desk, everyone else was from indifferent to really bad.

Ηταν σε ωραίο σημείο με καταπληκτική θέα στη Καλντερα
Δυστυχώς για 5αστερο ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό, την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα που μπήκαμε μέσα τα σεντόνια μύριζαν λες και είχαν μούχλα. Δεν μπορέσαμε να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ από τη μυρωδιά. Το επόμενο πρωί ζητήσαμε να τα αλλάξουν. Επίσης ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν ένα σίδερο και δεν έφεραν ποτέ εκείνη τη μέρα , όταν ξανά ζητήσαμε την επόμενη μας έφεραν και μετά όταν λείπαμε μπήκαν στο δωμάτιο μόνοι τους και το πήραν πάλι.
