La situation de l'hôtel, la vue, la piscine privée (mais...), la gentillesse et politesse de réception et du M. qui nous a accompagnés en chambre.
La piscine est incroyable, mais j'avais écrit via WhatsApp pour demander la température avant de séjourner et lorsqu'on arrivé, elle était trop froide pour se baigner. Le lendemain on nous a monté la température et le surlendemain on nous l'a à nouveau descendue... Ce qui est particulièrement contrariant quand on écrit exprès des messages avant de faire sa réservation et qu'on nous dit que l'eau est à 35 degrés (et qu'elle le sera au moment de notre arrivée...) / en réalité, elle a été à cette température uniquement le deuxième jour de notre séjour...
La chambre n'a pas été faite le deuxième jour. (On a demandé à la femme de chambre de venir plus tard, et on est parti à midi... Une fois rentré le soir à 21h, on avait plus envie de batailler pour cela).
Le restaurant un peu cher pour la qualité.
Un établissement qui aurait dû potentiel mais qui manque clairement d'entretien.

Check in was wonderful. Staff greeted us with drinks, and a brief tour of facility. Room was quiet with a fantastic view. Spacious 2 bedroom suite (Zeus room). Although we had to leave early to catch a flight and we would have missed breakfast, the staff was accommodating and gave us boxed breakfast to go the night before for the next day. These small details make this place highly recommended. I would definitely come back during the summer season!

The view from the room was breathtaking!! The staff was very kind and helpful, the place was very clean and quiet, they have private parking, very handy!!

A forma como é servido o pequeno almoço.
Gteat hotel, room, view and staff. Especially the receptionist, because we had a late arrival, but welcomed us with enery and personal attention. Offering us a welcome drink and was very helpful for our needs. You could tell hè was proud of the hotel, and that made us also happy! The view are spectaculair here, we enjoyed the spacious room and good breakfast.

Great everything! Wide variety for breakfast, hotel bar and restaurant was decent, room was private and had a beautiful view
The only thing that's walkable is venesantos winery; there are no sidewalks and the traffic is very fast

The pictures are touched up so you will find some things are not as perfect as the pictures appear. It didn’t however take away from our stay

The staffs, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is delicious. It's safe there. The pool is clean. Staffs are ready to help. The atmosphere is relaxing. This hotel is a mini heaven on earth.
