Disappointed
Pros:

The view was amazing.

Cons:

The water in the swimming pool was very cold all the time,they told me they can't warm it. The cold water in the bathroom was hot! Can't take a shower, especially with the sun burn on the skin. The water pressure in the bathroom was very wery low, difficult to take a shower, almost impossible with the hot water! I am very disappointed

Amazing we will be back!
Pros:

A really lovely stay at this beautiful property, away from the crowds, AMAZING sunsets and relatively quiet, plenty of space around the pool. Breakfast was great and always plenty of tables, we can’t wait to return

Pros:

We loved our stay at the Suites of the Gods, fabulous views, peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of Thira and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

We thought the facilities could do with a bit of a freshen up but appreciate the cost of everything at the moment might make this prohibitive. Maybe offer more than red wine as the free drink upon arrival in the heat.

La vista era un qualcosa di unico

Cons:

Staff reception molto cordiale ma solo quello . Qualcuno in particolare specialmente del ristorante un po’ meno … essere disturbati per un conto non pagato poiché il pos non funzionava al momento dell’ ordine non è degno di una struttura come la vostra . Squilla il telefono in piena notte per comunicarci che il saldo doveva avvenire immediatamente … maleducati e poco professionali …nessuno sarebbe scappato via per 20 euro ! Poca delicatezza e poca educazione . Cameriera della colazione a dir poco arrogante e presuntuosa ! Potreste migliorare con piccole cose … avere una vista ed una piscina non basta … non basta assolutamente !

Amazing view with many loungers by the pool to choose from, great breakfast buffet, lovely staff

Cons:

The building facilities are not clearly 5 star. Bed was way too soft. Music by the pool (which you also hear in your room) plays all day and very loud in the afternoon and evening, doesn't create a luxury relaxing atmosphere

Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello, la vista è spettacolare. Svegliarsi la mattina e ammirare quel panorama è incredibile. La stanza che avevamo prenotato aveva un problema alla vasca idromassaggio e ci hanno offerto un upgrade alla suite presidenziale con piscina privata e una vista spettacolare sulla caldera.
L'accoglienza è stata fenomenale, un particolare apprezzamento a Sotiris che ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal primo all'ultimo minuto.
La mattina della partenza dovevamo andare via alle 6 di mattina, non potendo fare colazione al ristorante dell'hotel a quell'ora, Sotiris chi ha fatto trovare la colazione in stanza la sera prima. Grazie mille !

Superb location and great staff but lacks a thoroughly modern feel
Pros:

The incredible view across the caldera and down to the port below. Convenient location for trips around the island. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The bar and restaurant menus are good and cater well for gluten free needs - breakfast menu is similarly comprehensive

Cons:

Our room was comfortable but in need of modernisation - feels very 1980s!

Unsecured wifi needs to be upgraded.
