Pros:

Great facilities. Clean & comfortable. Small village - grocery store across the road. Close to Inverness if required.

Cons:

If anything it’s on the road junction. It’s a village so not too much traffic but the traffic noise might annoy some people - not me.

We had a very comfortable night at Muir Bank and would be happy to book again.
Pros:

Easy access to building and to individual room.
Very clean & comfortable throughout.
Very peaceful through the night and early morning.
Lots of hot water; shower was very easy to use.
Room was cosy.
Very helpful indeed being provided with cutlery and variety of plates etc. for self-catering.
Morag was friendly & extremely helpful and flexible to ensure our needs were met.

Cons:

Quite a lot of traffic noise immediately outside room at crossroads in early evening - but this quietened down totally as the evening wore on.
Mirror height above the basin was appropriate for wheelchair user - it would’ve been helpful to extend the mirror higher as my 6’2” husband struggled to shave while kneeling.
Design of basin tap meant fully turning to get hot water and by then, water power splashed onto floor.

These comments are simply suggestions for improvement - they did not stop us from being very happy with our stay! Thank you very much for all your help Morag

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.
Pros:

Een aparte ruimte (woonkamer) om te zitten en te eten.

Cons:

Wij hadden een doorgezakt bed. Was duidelijk dat de zijde waarop iedereen gaat zitten om in bed te gaan, doorgezakt was.

What a great place to stay in Muir of Ord!
Pros:

Outstanding accommodation. Super clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Amazing location for walking to train station, local amenities and The Singleton distillery . Morag was a really lovely helpful host, as was her sister.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
