Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

The self-check-in was very practical and the room was impeccably clean and maintained. I booked for the price and was well impressed with the value of what we got.

Cons:

Nothing to say - we loved everything

Une nuit suffisait amplement, j'aurais dû séjourner directement à Inverness malgré les prix...
Pros:

Comfortable overnight stay with good parking
Pros:

Comfortable and grateful for microwave / kitchen facility.

Cons:

Was a bit worried about the traffic noise as it’s on a busy corner, but it settled down into the night.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

The communal dining room with a shared kettle, fridge, and microwave is especially useful.

Morag is an extremely lovely, friendly manager who arrived at the property every morning to check guests were okay.

The bedroom wasn't too hot at night as so many hotel rooms can be. It was a very comfortable sleeping temperature.

Cons:

The accessible room has an extremely small washhand basin which is set very low down on the wall. As an able bodied guest, I had to kneel on a doubled-over bath mat to be able to use it. The single tap of the sink moves from cold to hot as it turns counterclockwise, but the pressure of the cold water increases markedly before it reaches the change to warm water. This means that the water spills out of the tiny sink. I gave up on trying to run hot water from the tap and boiled the kettle instead.

The toilet flush handle spun around and often didn't flush.

There is a small cubbyhole with a clothes rail and coat hangers which would be useful if this wasn't the same space that housed the kettle and the hospitality tray. I moved the kettle to a windowsill, and the tray to a coffee table. I was then able to use the cubbyhole for clothes. I was in another room a year earlier, and a similar cubbyhole housed a microwave oven, so I was unable to hang clothes there.

There were good light-blocking curtains for the bedroom, but two very bright green security lights (one above the accessible entrance door and one integrated into the main ceiling light) meant that the bedroom was never dark.

There is no storage space in the bedroom other than the small clothes rail area, so everything had to remain in an open case on the floor for a week.
The accessible bathroom also had no storage areas except one short and narrow shelf.

The dining room area does not have a sink or any access to water. Dishes must be washed in a separate part of the building.
