Excelente desayuno tipo buffet , muy rico la ubicación muy cerca a los lugares turísticos como el gran malecón si cuenta con parking.
Todo esta bien
La atención del personal fue muy amable y servicial durante toda la estancia. La ubicación es conveniente y las instalaciones estuvieron limpias y bien cuidadas.
En general, todo estuvo bien. Como sugerencia de mejora, las habitaciones podrían modernizarse y recibir algunas renovaciones para ofrecer mayor comodidad.
La zona del restaurante
Las instalaciones son un poco viejas , el ascensor es antiguo y las habitaciones los muebles dan apariencia de ser un hotel antiguo

Les habitacions no estan actualitzades, no diria que fossin d’un hotel de 3 estrelles. La dutxa era un tub directament, sense carxofa, i l’aigua no sortia pràcticament calenta.
The staff was really great
Is a lovely hotel but is really old, the location is the worst to my standards is a less than a 5, there is nothing good around the property the location is in the middle of warehouses, business, a very poor sector with limited security services. The pool is very big but they have lots of private parties and closed the pool for these events, music is loud.
Me gustó el personal y la atención, el desayuno.
No me gustó que el vidrio de la ducha estaba suprema mente sucio, las almohadas eran muy duras e incómodas para dormir, me asustaron en la habitación, le falta remo delación a varios espacios.
¡Quedé muy satisfecha con el servicio! El personal del hotel estuvo muy atento y todos fueron sumamente amables. Las habitaciones se mantienen impecables y la piscina es fantástica para relajarse. El desayuno es excelente y delicioso, tanto el que viene incluido como las opciones de la carta. Respecto a la ubicación, es muy central y conveniente para moverse; solo recomendaría tener un poco de cuidado después de las seis de la tarde, ya que la zona se vuelve muy sola a esa hora. De resto, una experiencia maravillosa que sin duda repetiría.
