No me gustaron las instalaciones, la habitación que me fue entregada es distinta a la habitación que ustedes promocionaron y me ofrecieron, tuve que reclamar y me entregaron al otro día la habitación que estaba acorde a mi solicitud
The room is clean and comfortable, i only stayed one night and checked in late so didn’t used the pool which looked good , the staff were very friendly. But the hotel had not hot water which maybe normal at Caribbean? It needed to bring your own shampoo and conditioner

El lugar es maravilloso. El personal es increíblemente amable y servicial. Buena ubicación y la comida es rica.

El desayuno muy rico y es generoso, las habitaciones son lindas y limpias, el área de la piscina súper linda.
El baño, la puerta de la ducha tocaba sostenerlo con el pie para que no se abrieran y el otro baño tenía una cortina que se pegaba a la piel de lo pequeña qu estaba.
