La ducha estaba dañada, el sector era feo al lado de un prostibulo, el desayuno todos los días fue el mismo

La chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée ni inspectée avant notre résultat. Ma nièce de 10 ans a retrouvé des... pillules de viagra dans la salle de bain. Quand nous avons fait part de ceci à la réception, nous avons eu droit à des sourires et à des « c'est pas grave ».
Enfant de 10 ans facturé en supplément comme si c'était un adulte : 40.000 pesos alors que nous avions pris une chambre avec deux lits.
Au moment du petit déjeuner (qui était inclus dans la réservation), mon enfant de... 20 mois a été interdit d'assiette par le personnel. On nous a demandé 20.000 pesos supplémentaire pour le faire manger. Une honte.
Le petit déjeuner est désastreux.
Une tasse de café maximum par personne, un jus de fruit maximum par personne. Nous ne pouvons pas nous servir une deuxième fois si nous le souhaitons. Mieux vaut manger à l'extérieur.
Impossible de communiquer avec le gérant de l'établissement qui, visiblement, préfère se cacher devant autant de médiocrité.
La zone autour de l'établissement ne respire pas la confiance. Nous avons été importunés par des sans abris, voire suivis.

Ich hatte das Zimmer 214. Wunderbare große Fenster und ruhige Lage, sehr bequemes Bett und viel Platz.
Ich konnte mich hier gut erholen. Und das Personal ist suuuuper nett und hilfsbereit

No me gustaron las instalaciones, la habitación que me fue entregada es distinta a la habitación que ustedes promocionaron y me ofrecieron, tuve que reclamar y me entregaron al otro día la habitación que estaba acorde a mi solicitud
The room is clean and comfortable, i only stayed one night and checked in late so didn’t used the pool which looked good , the staff were very friendly. But the hotel had not hot water which maybe normal at Caribbean? It needed to bring your own shampoo and conditioner
