Es wird auf booking völlig überbewertet. Hotel hält leider nicht, was die 4 Sterne vorgaukeln.
Pros:

Frühstück top! Eingangsbereich wunderschön.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich für 4 Sterne sehr langweilig. Keine Deko vorhanden. Wie im Zimmer - alles sehr lieblos und kahl.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist so schön und vielfältig und man merkt die frische der Lebensmittel. Das Personal ist freundlich und gut behilflich. Auch die Lage ist super, egal ob zum Schifahren oder in unserem Fall, zum Langlaufen. Des Spabereich ist sehr schön. Er ist klein aber komplett ausreichend zum Entspannen.
Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Durch den Fließenboden im Zimmer, war es an den Füßen etwas kalt. Ein Teppich wäre da sicher eine nette Idee. Ansosten alles super!

Cons:

Leider wirkt hier alles extrem weggespart. Der Wellness-Bereich ist winzig; im Ruheraum haben wir trotz Glastrennung Spitzenwerte von 78 dB durch den Kinderlärm im Pool gemessen – an Entspannung war nicht zu denken. Die Sauna ist nur 3 Stunden am Tag an, und selbst für billigste Hausschuhe werden 3 € verlangt. Einzig das qualitativ sehr gute Frühstück überzeugt. Sehr schade für dieses Potenzial!

Super hotel ze zbyt krótko czynna strefa fitness i spa
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, wygodnie, czysto, bardzo miło i elegancko. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Strefa Spa oraz fitness dostępne jedynie do godziny 19.00 co przy jeździe na nartach do końca dnia uniemożliwiało nam zrobienie treningu oraz relaks w spa, a był to główny czynnik wyboru tego miejsca.

Amazing breakfast.
Pros:

The property is well-kept, clean, and modern. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. The beds are large and comfortable, with stylish blackout curtains. Breakfast is excellent, offering a good variety of bread, pastries, fruit, and fresh yogurt. There’s also a nice spa with a sauna and swimming pool.

Cons:

- Pillows could be improved.
- The spa’s closing time is a bit early, using it after a long day of walking or skiing, even after dinner, would be very nice.
- There were some children playing in front of our room quite often, sometimes intruding a bit into our private space. However, when we asked them to move, it was no problem at all.

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Frühstück, schönen Wellnessmöglichkeiten und motorradfr
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut – besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir die Frucht- und Gemüsesäfte selbst frisch zubereiten konnten.
Die Sauna und das Hallenbad mit Gegenstromanlage waren ein weiteres Highlight. Das Schwimmbecken war hochwertig mit Edelstahl ausgekleidet und machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.
Auch der Balkon war grosszügig und bot eine schöne Atmosphäre zum Entspannen.
Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt war, dass wir unsere beiden Motorräder sicher in der Tiefgarage parkieren konnten – das ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr gefreut.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Die Tasche mit Bademantel und Handtüchern war bei Ankunft nicht im Zimmer. Vermutlich hätten wir sie aber einfach anfordern können – ansonsten war wirklich alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenh

Die Halbpension ist nur ein Mittagessen, da wir später angereist sind wurde uns der Betrag rückerstattet!

Das Frühstüch war gut, Die Lage ist traumhaft

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezpetion ist ausbaufähig. Ebenso wie Diskretion
Eine kühlere Verabschiedung als hier, habe ich in noch keinem anderen Hotel erlebt.
Vielleicht liegt es aber daran, dass wir unseren Hund mit dabei hatten;
Hunde sind zwar erlaubt aber eigentlich nicht erwünscht man kommt sich gedulet vor.
Das Tier soll im Haus nicht gesehen werden (Zugang nur über den Hintereingang)
