Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Modern, clean and well equipped. We stayed in a suite which is very spacious. They also had yoga classes available during our stay which was a bonus.

Vi är mycket nöjda och om vi kommer tillbaka till Obertauern så ska vi bo på Mengei igen.

Pros:

We stayed for a short ski trip, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is very clean and has a marvelous spa area (infrared room, steam room, and two types of saunas). There is also a lovely pool where you can relax after a day of skiing.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food choices. The staff are truly the heart of the hotel, everyone was very polite, helpful, and always ready to resolve any questions or requests.
On our check-out day, we parked outside and unfortunately our car battery died. Even though we had already checked out and were no longer guests, the hotel staff helped us immediately and resolved the issue quickly.
A wonderful stay, highly recommended!
