Stayed at another hotel nearby for a night which was way better
Pros:

Location was ok for sightseeing. A few shops nearby. A few restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The pool was at front of hotel and offered limited seating and privacy. Photos on website are a bit misleading.
The room we stayed in needs a total refurbishment, curtains dirty and ripped, ceiling fan didn't work, air con just keeping up and the bathroom smelled bad and needed a proper clean, mould everywhere.
No elevator so might not suit some people, we were on the 3rd floor.
Breakfast was average

I like the hotel but it needs some work done.
Pros:

The staff are helpful, the beds are comfortable (I like a little hard), the location is good.

Cons:

The net curtains were ripped and dirty, many electric plugs did not work and the shower doors had a lot of dirt at the bottom (very unhygienic). The shower was broken. The hotel urgently needs some money spent on upkeep.

Pros:

un établissement bien placé pour un séjour de 2 nuits à Vientiane.
l'hôtel pourrait avoir du charme. mais il est un peu défraîchi.
par contre la literie et la douche était parfaite.

Cons:

la piscine est sur le parking de l'hôtel devant le chantier de l'immeuble voisin. elle est donc impraticable.

Mosy nights the hotel is quiet.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast is cheap cpffee. Good coffee would codt 5 cents more per cup. Western men need soap on the bathroom. Body wash dors not clean.

Dostali jsme pokoj v přízemí , 3 dny zde byl cítit zápach odpadu. Na pokoji bylo hodně komárů . Bazén byl dobře nafoceny

Pros:

朝食のメニューが毎日変わって良かった。プールには落ち葉や虫が落ちていたが、毎日ポンプで清掃されていた。

Cons:

コンセントが少なかった。アメニティの水が350ml×2本で少なかった。部屋が思ったよりも狭かった。ホテルのせいではないが周りを高層の建物に囲まれていて圧迫感がある。
