Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner déplorable, personnel sur son téléphone à longueur de journée et qui n’aide pas limite ça mange dans le buffet avec les clients, pas hyper informé sur les activités à faire, absent. Sans parler des travaux incessants, du bruit environnement et ses chiens qu’on entendait toute la journée. Attention aussi de bien vérifier la chambre avant d’accepter car au rez-de-chaussée l’odeur est immonde. Piscine pas ouf car pas exposée au soleil.

Simply elegant stay

Regularly I stay in this quite and elegant place. Im appreciate service, cleanliness, good breakfast and city location, no mosquitos around and very helpful kind people working there.

Great location, half way between the centre and the riverfront where you find a nice selection of eateries, the pool was small but refreshing after a day in the city, everything was immaculately clean, good breakfast, nice rooms, very reasonably priced, however the one thing that stood out is the friendliness and honesty of the staff, when my partner accidentally left his wallet with money and cards in the room when we checked out, and the cleaner handed it to the manager who promptly caught up with us, we really appreciated this, so much so we stayed again on our last two nights in Laos ❤️

Très bien pour quelques jours
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous avons eu un problème de lumière dans notre chambre, ils s'en sont occupés très rapidement.
L'hôtel est propre et suffisamment équipé pour passer quelques jours sans problème. Et le petit dej est largement suffisant entre plats asiatiques et occidentaux.
L'emplacement n'est pas trop mal, la plupart des attractions étaient à 15/20min a pied.

Cons:

La piscine qui donne sur le parking, c'est un peu dommage. Ils gagneraient à mieux marquer la séparation pour isoler les baigneurs. L'espace est assez réduit, seulement 4 transats, heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de personnes en même temps que nous.
Comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels, la pression de la douche était difficile mais au moins l'eau était chaude ce qu'il rattrape un peu. Il n'y a également pas énormément d'espace pour poser les affaires de toilettes et rien pour entreposer les produits de douche. Nous devions utiliser l'abbatant des toilettes, pas top pour l'hygiène.
L'insonorisation n'est pas idéale.du fait que l'hôtel est coincé entre plusieurs très grands bâtiments. De plus un d'eux était en travaux ce qui fait que nous avions les bruits de machines et des ouvriers tôt le matin jusqu'à leur départ le soir. Dommage.

Les - : mauvais entretien des équipements : climatisation ( légère odeur , problème de clapet lors de la mise en route ) , tv sans télécommande , canalisations manque d’entretien (odeur nauséabonde) des produits anti- odeur sont mis en place pour masquer les odeurs mais inefficace, puce de lit

Pour ce prix et voir moins cher , il y a mieux en hotel , je ne recommande pas pour long séjour mais pour 1 à 2 nuit pas plus

For this price, and even cheaper, there are better hotels. I don't recommend it for a long stay, but for 1 or 2 nights, no more.

Nice hotel, could be better maintained
