Essensraum und Hof war sehr atmosphärisch. Personal sehr nett.
Sehr kleines dunkles Zimmer. Sehr hellhörig, schlechte Beleuchtung.
Frukosten lite svag.

Beautiful big old farm and vineyard estate with a veggie patch, very stylish with quirky decoration. The rooms are decorated with great taste. Good tasty breakfast with local products (and I was happy to taste for the 1st time that famous sweet brown cheese so much loved by the Swedish people but unknown from people from abroad like me). I've arrived by ferry later than I expected as there were long queues at the border controls in the port. So I've got a call from someone at the hotel who was wondering where I was. Thankfully they kindly have waited for me to get there and check in.
No noise insulation at all. We can literally hear everything in all the rooms. At 2am, a couple of people came in the room next to mine and I could hear them, even with my earplugs on, talking and banging doors until really late.
A bottle of water for free would be welcome in the room. The lady at the reception gave me a carafe of fresh water from the restaurant so that was fine.
Also a curtain that covers better the window would be welcome as dawn starts *very* early (3am) in the Summer and the sun is shinning by 4.30am.
One last thing.... it's annoying not being able to charge my phone using the usb plug near the bed while sleeping as the main lamp has to be turned on to have that usb plug working.
the bathbarrel in moonshine, and alone with my partner..
It was a last minute reservation because our ferry to Germany was cancelled due to the weather. We were very happy to find a hotel close (10 min) to the terminal.
The shower was a little confusing.
The hotel was good, staff were exceptional, food was great!
Small bedroom, walls are very thin! Decor was a tad strange.
stunning countryside, very tasteful and well curated interiors and artwork. Details, details, details :-)
The kitchen struggled a bit in a challenging season for local produce … I suppose the bar could be set a little lower during winter and spring to accommodate the guests. (Then again, I’m no food critic)
