skvělá lokalita a vynikající služby
Pros:

Skvělé umístění hotelu hned u stanice vleku, parkování v garáži, dobrý výběr na snídani a fantastické večeře v bufetovém stylu. Pokoje byly dostatečně velké, včetně čtyřlůžkového pro naše teenagery. Potěšil nás saunový svět ve 4.patře i prostorná lyžárna v suterénu se skřínkami pro každý pokoj nebo herna s pingpongovým stolem a stolním fotbálkem. Personál hotelu byl ve všem velmi ochotný a nápomocný a vyšel nám vstříc s pozdním checkoutem. Pobyt jsme si velmi užili a rádi se někdy vrátíme.

Cons:

Nevyhovovaly nám poměrně dost měkké matrace, jinak bylo vše v pořádku.

An Excellent Choice That Needs Corrections
Pros:

The hotel impressed me with its diverse meal options, including a commendable selection of vegetarian choices—a rarity in Austrian catering. The perfect location (closed to the lift) and free covered parking.

Cons:

I found two significant issues that impacted my overall satisfaction. Firstly, the absence of a washbasin in the toilet (picture attached) is a serious sanitary concern, and it should be considered a basic necessity for guests. Secondly, the lack of daily room cleaning during my stay was disappointing and fell short of the expected service level.

Pros:

Breakfast were really amazing. The variety and quality of food was just great.

Cons:

Not really pleasant thought that for any other meal to have a regular a la cart was not in the hotel. Other hotels were mostly for hotel guests only or with reservation and huts around were nice and perfect food but if you wanted anything else than classic austrian meals it was not possible in close area
