SUCH A CUTE HOTEL. 10/10 food, location, and staff. No hesitation, would book again.
Pros:

The hotel is right by the water and everyone was super welcoming and friendly. We had some lovely conversations over our stay. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and looking for a flower shop and they gave great recommendations. Breakfast was also delicious! A latte, fresh squeezed orange juice and watching the morning sun on the sleepy port, what else could you ask for? They even packed us a breakfast-to-go when we had to leave early morning to catch our ferry! Def one of our favorite hotel experiences.

Cons:

If you rent a car, be prepared to walk a bit from any of the free parking lots since there's no parking on site. It'll take time to find parking in the later afternoons but in our opinion, it was worth it.

Cons:

Loud due to location but hotel provided ear plugs and we were aware of this before arriving.

The beautiful property and the wonderful staff gave us memories that we will have for a lifetime. staff
Pros:

The property was located centrally in the Old Harbour. Views from our balcony were amazing. Food offered was of the highest quality.

Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff was wonderful and helped us a lot. Specially Zina who gave us the best way to do the Samaria Gorge. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The shower has no door and is very slippery. Breakfast was OK. The price is too high for what you get.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Anassa in Chania. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, the bed in particular was excellent. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh water and raki in the fridge, as well as free towels for the beach. The hosts also sent us clear information on where to park and how to reach the hotel, which made everything easy.

The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, delicious, generous, and served with such warmth. The hospitality overall was truly impressive, and we felt very welcome throughout. It was also a real treat to enjoy some raki on the rooftop in the evenings.

We would definitely return to Anassa and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfaitement situé. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, ô combien excellent. Il y a le choix entre 2 options et toutes sont très saines. Le personnel est sympathique et très serviable.

Cons:

Petite remarque à l'heure de l'écologie, il n'est pas nécessaire de changer les essuies tous les jours.
