Amazing place for the people who need the hotel only for the basic needs.
Pros:

The Hotel is located 10 bus minutes from the airport and 15 from the city center. The personal is more than friendly and and helpful. Big plus is that there is somebody at the reception 24/7, so that there are no problems with late check-ins.

Cons:

Heraklion is industrial city, so if you are looking for a beach, you should either take a long walk (around 1,5 hours) or gonna need to take a bus ride for at least 30-45 minutes, as the nearest beaches are behind the stadium and the airport. Also, because the airport and the port are close, the airplanes and the cruisers can be loud, so it is not the best place for the people who wake up easily and have trouble to fall asleep.

Für eine Nacht ok.
Pros:

Nette Betreiberin.
Schöne Aussicht in den Fährhafen.
Harte Matratzen.

Cons:

Sehr laut durch naheliegenden Flughafen, Abflugschneise genau über dem Hotel, und Straße. Bei offenen Fenster schlafen unmöglich.

Lauwarmes Wasser nur mit Glück und vorherigem Wasser lange laufen lassen.

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeit/Haken.

Müll von den vorherigen Gästen auf dem Balkon.

Als wir Abends nach Hause kamen, war unsere Zimmertür offen. Die hatte die Putzfrau nicht richtig zugezogen. Der Inhaberin am nächsten Morgen Bescheid gesagt, die wollte nach dem putzen kontrollieren. Es war dann aber niemand mehr im Zimmer, die Mülleimer wurden nicht mehr geleert. Da es unsere letzte Nacht war, nicht dramatisch.

Pros:

We stayed for a night before going to Chania. It is in a strategic location around 10 min walking from the port and 15 min bus to the airport. It's also at 25 min walking from the old town, so very convenient if you're staying just a few days to explore Héraklion.

Das ist die optimale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wenn man morgens früh zur Fähre muss oder nachts spät in Heraklion landet.
Es war unser 2ter Besuch und wir kommen bei Bedarf gerne wieder.
Man kann auch Frühstück bekommen.

Cons:

Nichts.
