Персонал привітний, ввічливий та дружелюбний! Від готелю в захваті вся сім'я! Дяка!
Pros:

Чудовий сніданок - шведський стіл (для 1.5 річної дитини також було що поснідати), дуже ситно та смачно!
Розташування вразило в приємному сеніс - на вершині гори, де лишаєшся наодинці з природою!
Все було фантастично!

Annonce booking mensongère, il n’y a ni de room service, ni de service de blanchisserie, ni de piscine intérieur avec spa/massage (même en supplément)
Un seul accès à une piscine.
Hotel introuvable par gps, mail explicatif incompréhensible, le gars de la réception m’as raccroché au nez quand j’ai demandé de l’aide et n’a plu répondu. Route montagneuse double sens mais une voie dangereuse. Hotel isolé de tout.
Qualité nourriture horrible. Personnel insociable.
Trop de chose à dire je pense que ça suffit
Ne réservez surtout pas ici.

Rádi se vrátíme za klidem
Pros:

Prostředí ve kterém je hotel zasazen je úžasný. Klid a krásný výhled na kopce. Mladý číšník nás provedl celým hotelem a ukázal kde co najdeme. Pan majitel hotelu byl velice vstřícný a milý. Pomáhá s chodem hotelu i obsluhou. Moc se nám díky němu ubytování líbilo. Krásné pokoje v zámeckém stylu. V ceně pobytu jsme využili i vnitřní i venkovní bazén s vířivkou. Sauna nebyla momentálně k dispozici. Interiér hotelu je příjemný a neobvykle vybavem. Je se stále kam dívat. Musím pochválit mladého kuchaře. Jídlo je fantastické bez přehánění. Rádi se vrátíme.

Cons:

Kapající kohoutek u sprchy v růžovém pokoji. Při nahlášení problému mladému číšníkovi nám byl s omluvou nabídnut jiný pokoj a tam bylo vše v pořádku a mohla jsem si užít dovolenou.

Totalno razocarenje, objekat kao objekat lijep za oko fino sredjeno, ali ponuda nikakva, jer je nema... Dosadno i meni i djeci. Volim planinu i prirodu, ali ovo je bas depresija. Radnici nisu druzeljubivi. Sobe prljave, pune prasine i guta po podu paucine po zidovima i paukova koliko zelite. Zamislite prvo treba zaspati u takvoj sobi, pogotovo djeca, a onda isto probuditi se ujutro otvoriti oci i vidjeti iznad glave paucinu i 15 paukova kako kuliraju. Bolje da sam ostala jos jedan dan na Zlatiboru makar za te pare imam pun pansion i sve sadrzaje i negdje sam, a ovo je nigdje. Pa ko voli nek izvoli, znam ko vise nikada nece doci ovdje.

Csodaszép panoráma, fantasztikus medencék, kedves személyzet - a nyugalom szigete, akárcsak Bali :)
Pros:

Csodás panorámával büszkélkedő szálláshely kis mesés fa bungalókkal távol a nyüzsgéstől. Kültéri és beltéri medence is rendelkezésre áll, a fenti feszitett viztükrű egyszerűen zseniális! Minden izlést kielégitő reggeli, sportolási lehetőségek, óriás hinta, focipálya, barátságos kutyusok. Számunkra minden adott volt, ami egy családi nyaraláshoz szükséges!

Cons:

A fürdőben még néhány szekrény, pakolós lehetőség klassz lenne, de megoldottuk enélkül is! A hegyre feljutás elég hosszú időt vesz igénybe, de mit lehet tenni, ha vki egy eldugott menedékre vágyik!

Невероятные виды. Отель находится высоко в горах.
Есть разное размещение: номера или бунгало.
Есть 2 открытых бассейна с прохладной водой (для меня 😊) и один закрытый с очень теплой водой.
Есть сауна на дровах.
Завтраки вполне хорошие.
Ресторан также работает по меню, цены «кусачие». Но вкусно.
Номера оформлены своеобразно на мой взгляд, во всяком случае - в главном корпусе. В номерах чисто и убрано. Есть кондиционер и принадлежности для чая/кофе.
В целом - очень понравилось ❤️

Cons:

Небольшие недочеты в номерах (отваливается держатель для полотенец и туалетной бумаги)
Но это не так важно.
Обратите внимание, что отель не приспособлен для пожилых людей или людей с ограниченной подвижностью: много крутых лестниц, нет хорошего спуска в бассейны.
Добраться сложновато, только на машине. Но отель высылает подробную инструкцию.

Cons:

Drumul de acces este mai dificil, dar se poate ajunge. La baie era un miros neplacut. Apa din piscina ar putea fi încălzită deoarece e zona de munte si e rece.
