Tiché kľudné miesto na odpočinok pri bazéne a romantické ubytovanie.
Čistota nebola 100%- zrkadlo bolo ofŕkané, prehozy s logom cez posteľ by bolo nutné oprať a odstrániť škvrny, voda v bazéne vo wellness bola špinavá ako aj opadaná mozaika na dne bazéna. Sedenie v jedálni nebolo čistené asi dlho. Celkovo by hotel potreboval generálku čo sa čistoty týka ako aj baldachýnové postele pri bazéne by bolo nutné opraviť.

Spektakuläre Lage in den Bergen! Tolle Pools und Freizeitmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände. Absolut ruhig und mondäne Blicke übers Tal - besonders im Sonnenaufgang unvergesslich!
An manchen Ecken ist die Sauberkeit zu verbessern (Spinnweben). Wege zu touristischen Attraktionen und Ausflugszielen sind weit.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff very pleasant. Mountain nature, air and view is extraordinary. Proper place to make vacation!
Cleanliness should be improved. Toilet was not clean. And general cleanliness. Pool chemistry was questionable and clearness.

Swimming pool was cold.
I want to give special recognition to Melittsa, one of the waitresses. She was by far the standout member of staff throughout our stay. She was friendly, hardworking, accommodating, supportive and always went above and beyond to help guests. She is a real credit to the resort and deserves both recognition and a pay rise. Other staff could certainly learn from her excellent customer service.
One of the older female cleaners was absolutely wonderful. She kindly helped wash some of our youngest child’s clothes after he had been sick, and her kindness was genuinely appreciated.
Our family holiday was unfortunately not what we expected.
When we arrived late in the evening, we were given the apartment we had booked online, which was advertised as having a pool view. The photos looked lovely, but when we woke up the following morning we realised it was completely unsuitable and unsafe for our two young children (aged 5 and 1). There were no barriers between the apartment and the pool area, and the external stairs were very high with no adequate protection. There were also several maintenance issues that suggested the apartment had never been properly snagged, including electrical sockets hanging off the wall, an unfinished bathroom door panel that had simply been left sitting in the bathroom, and a wall cabinet that was loose.
We asked if we could move to one of the family bungalows, which were actually €180 cheaper than the apartment we had originally booked. We were happy to move, but naturally asked if we could receive the €180 difference back. We even suggested having it credited to our bar or restaurant bill, as our booking only included breakfast. The manager refused and told us to take the matter up with http://Booking.com, despite the resort agreeing to move us into the cheaper accommodation. We felt this was very unfair.
The food was below average. On one occasion the chef couldn’t even prepare a simple cheese, tomato and onion toastie correctly, and the waitress ended up making it instead.
The drinks selection was also disappointing. During our eight-day stay, the resort ran out of many soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. We were repeatedly told that a delivery was due at the beginning of our holiday, but by the end of our stay many items were still unavailable.
The owner’s behaviour towards my partner was completely unacceptable. My partner was getting drinks from the fridge behind the bar after previously being told by staff that guests could help themselves.

Na raspolaganju imate 3 bazena u sklopu cijene(2 spoljna 1 unutrasnji)
Soba je bila uredna i cista kreveti udobni.
Voda u unutrasnjem bazenu glibava na prvi pogled se cini cista.
Izuzet 1 momka koji radi kao konobar i osobe koja nas je pri dolasku sprovela kroz hotel osoblje je bilo jako lose.
Dorucak je bilo u redu ukusan i dovoljno raznovrsan imalo je za svakoga po nesto.
Ali u ponudi za dorucak imate samo filter kafu koja se ohladila a ako zelite da popijete kqfu sa aparata morate da platite 1.70e i to ako uspijete da dozovete nekog od radnika .
Niko nas nije ni pitao da li je sve bilo u redu sa hranom ili sa smjestajem na kraju vec su nam rekli samo da ostavimo kljuc na recepciji na kojoj nije bilo nikog.
