Tenían las reservas habilitadas en Booking y cuando llegamos al hotel ya no tenían habitaciones.
En lo personal, logré reservar el parqueadero. Son solo dos puestos, pero si pagas tu reserva por adelantado, tienes el beneficio de tener un puesto seguro. No es amplio, pero es cómodo; caben perfectamente dos vehículos y un par de motocicletas. Realmente fue lo que más me gustó, pude descansar tranquilo porque sabía que mi vehículo estaba seguro y dentro del mismo hotel.
No me gustó que al principio sentí un poco de improvisación por parte de la persona que me recibió. No había seguridad en cuanto a la asignación de mi habitación y me pasearon por dos habitaciones diferentes hasta llegar a la tercera, que fue la vencida, jejeje. Pero del resto, superbién, y además la atención del personal fue 10 de 10, y el desayuno muy ajustado a las necesidades. Sin lugar a dudas, volveré a utilizar el servicio, mil gracias.
La amplitud de la habitación, buena vista, aseado y ubicación
No había agua caliente para disfrutar el jacuzzi y tampoco lo dijeron antes de la reserva.

El personal es muy amable.
Las habitaciones no tienen ventilación , los olores son fuertes y no se siente limpio, las toallas huelen fuerte… para viaje en pareja NO es una opción.
