La ubicación es buena la recepción buena las habitaciones buenas

Me pasé 10 minutos de la 1:00 pm y me cobraron 30.000, así mismo llegué dos horas antes y me cobraron 60.000 muchas veces uno debe cijer reuniones como en mi caso y el hotel tenía débil la señal del hotel quedé en las mismas tocó usar el del móvil, las señoras del aseo colocan sus celulares a alto volumen mientras realizan el aseo de las habitaciones siendo esto una molestia ya en tres días acciones que e llegado a este hotel no organizan el cuarto , por lo menos deberían preguntar si necesitan cambio de toallas

La ubicación es buena. Central.

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación que no correspondía con la elegida y que estaba en la fotos; era más pequeña. Solicité el cambio y no accedieron. La habitación que me tocó muy pequeña, caliente y con un ventilador que poco funcionaba. Una de las toallas estaba desilachada. La tina tenía sedimento.

El hotel muy bonito, pero falta un poco de control de calidad par q no sea solo apariencia.

Cons:

No había jabón, se informó y aún así no nos dieron jabón, la habitación tenía un hueco en el techo por mantenimiento tapado con cinta la cual se desprendió, se informó y no nos dieron otra habitación ni nada, igual nada grave pero si habían más habitaciones disponibles esa no la debieron entregar, desayuno muy temprano y solo disponible 1 hora y media, de resto muy bien y por mejorar, gracias

El desayuno espectacular pero podría tener variedad, el personal espectacular me hicieron mucho mejor la estadía sobre todo Eliany
