Amazing hotel
Pros:

This place is amazing! Especially for families with kids. Hear me out...
Let me start with the foundations here - you have everything - very well maintained and clean rooms, high-quality bio food, animation, spa, all the right amenities, etc, etc + obviously the big aqua park. It's all there and it is great! But listen - it is how this all is connected into one single, uniform, seamlessly working, giant, far-reaching ball of positive experiences, children smiles, culinary delights and tasteful, high-quality service. There are many things to discover and do - even if you are there for a couple of days, there would still be places and activities that you would miss on (and hopefully check next time). Children are really on pedestal for the entire team of the hotel, considered and attended to with great care. You have amenities for baby care everywhere, children corners and clubs, free toys and games, even slides to the lower floor and safeguarded power sockets in the rooms. As if it was specifically built in every step with the idea to serve the kids....amazing! Don't get me started on the way how the whole team behaves, welcomes you, takes care of you as their guest - open, smiling, walking the extra mile - every single time! And everything is maintained with great care. For example i've learned that the hotel was initially build 30 years ago and were quite surprised, as it looked like it was finished last summer. To the staff - you were woderful, thank you so much for out stay! We will be back (many times) and we look forwards to coming again! To all other fellow travelers - i highly recommend and please take care of this diamond and praise it so that we help in keeping it up and running for more years to come, it fully deserves it!

В последний день отъезда обнаружилось .что ключ к гардеробным кабинка не действует . Пришлось бегать с вещами и с ребёнком с нижнего этажа гардероба на ресепшн 30 минут туда сюда , объяснять ситуацию. Девушка с ресепшн бегала, проверяла, говорила что все работает . Но все повторялось снова и снова. Постель нам не поменяли ни разу за 5 дней. В ресторане не было сезонных ягод .

Pros:

Waren zum 2ten Mal dort und es war einfach alles top!!! Essen, Therme, Umgang mit den Kids, Massage, Zimmer, Personal - wir hatten einen so entspannten Urlaub (besonders wir als Eltern). Besonders die Kellner:innern im Restaurant waren sehr auf aufmerksam und stets sooo freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Cons:

Mein Lob und das sehr positive Feedback bei Abreise wirkte unangebracht bzw. Wirkte die Dame an der Rezeption etwas genervt mir “zuzuhören müssen”.
