The front desk staff were amazing especially Paola.
Pros:

The location was ideal, the view was lovely. Overall a comfortable stay

Cons:

Breakfast was fair, not many gluten free options. Hotel taxis were overpriced.

Lovely hotel with great location
Pros:

Good location with a beautiful infinity pool.

Cons:

The buffet style breakfast was a bit limited for a 5☆ hotel but the egg menu was good. Shame the big cruise ships moor up very close to the hotel which blocks the beautiful sea view.

Amazing staff, food, cleanliness and facilities!
The service at the pool and breakfast is outstanding.
They clean your room 2x per day! They even make your bed in the evening and close the curtains for you.
The breakfast is amazing, the pool looks small but is actually really good sized and nice.
The drinks and snacks in the pool bar are amazing, I recommend the fantasy cocktail!
All staff are very polite and attentive.

We stay at the superior room with sea view and could see the sunset which was amazing.

Worth every penny! :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful . the view was amazing

Cons:

we came to relax , but unfortunatelly , the stairs we have to step every day were too many , the elevator help for part of the stairs , still there are many stairs..
There was bad smell in the toilet all the time
the downhill to down town was very hard as we had to walk it backwards (up hill) which was very hard specially we had a stroller to push !
To conclude , I wouldn't suggest this hotel to others for its value . this should be cheaper and less stars (no more than 3 stars)
