Soggiorno fantastico, servizio davvero impeccabile
È stato tutto semplicemente fantastico. L’hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente, super centrale: in appena tre minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, rendendo tutto estremamente comodo.
Le camere sono molto ben organizzate, curate e soprattutto sempre pulitissime. Un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è stata la grande attenzione all’ordine e alla pulizia durante tutta la giornata, con il servizio di housekeeping presente e attento più volte al giorno.
Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale è stato senza dubbio il personale della reception. Christine e tutte le altre ragazze sono state eccezionali: sempre presenti, disponibili, sorridenti e gentilissime. Ci hanno supportato e aiutato per qualsiasi necessità durante tutto il soggiorno, dimostrando una professionalità e un’attenzione verso gli ospiti davvero lodevoli.
È proprio questo livello di accoglienza e di servizio a fare la differenza e a far sentire un ospite veramente seguito e coccolato.
Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. Hotel consigliatissimo e un ringraziamento speciale a Christine e a tutto il team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Torneremmo sicuramente!
Great view, very large rooms and nice pool
Pool ground weren’t kept clean, broken charging outlet not repaired, need car or taxi to get into town and wait up to 30 minutes for a ride from hotel staff or a taxi.
I had the best time ! I stayed in the most amazing suite at the Hilltop the view was insane, from the time I arrived Christina at the reception was so welcoming, kind and helpful. She made me feel so taken care of! Best service. Will definetly come back again next year 🥰

Bathroom gets fogged up due to lack of venting fan. The room wall is a little thin that I can hear by neighbor.
Christina the manager was fantastic! Her attention to detail and her hospitality skills are extraordinary. A real problem solver who went the extra mile to make our stay amazing.
L’intera location è spettacolare. Ti fa innamorare del posto e la vista è meravigliosa. Molto curata nei dettagli anche sulla vegetazione. Personale sempre presente sia quello di servizio che della reception. Molto silenziosi e garantiscono sempre un livello di privacy. Personalmente ho provato il servizio in camera sia per la colazione che per la cena. Sono piatti sublimi. Lo chef è eccezionale. Ma soprattutto… è vero che esaudiscono ogni tuo desiderio!
Unica vera pecca che non c’è acqua fredda… ma credo sia dovuta dalla zona non dalla struttura

Las vistas . La habitación amplia . El personal muy amable
Si bien esta cerca del centro tiene 2 cuadras muy empinadas para volver al hotel . Armario sin estantes y sin cajones. Jacuzzi en el balcón de la habitación el agua siempre fría . Nos decían que era por el viento y que hacía 26 grados. Fui a lugares con nieve y entraba a la jacuzzi con agua caliente . No pudimos usarla nunca . No justifico reservas esas habitaciones
Beautiful properly in a quiet area not far from the buzz of Mykonos town. Super clean and such a lovely team working there. Got upgraded too so happy all round!
