Ne- plăcut jacuzzi-ul de pe partea exterioara in mod special cât și viewul de acolo.Pe partea de restaurant,mâncarea și servirea a fost excelenta.

וואו, וואו, וואו! חוויה חוץ גופית בגן עדן עלי אדמות

אני כותב את המילים האלו כשאני עדיין בתוך החלום ולא רוצה להתעורר. טיילתי כבר בכמה מדינות בעולם, אבל חוויה כזו מושלמת עוד לא עברתי. מלון אנה ספורט הוא לא סתם מלון מפואר בלב הטבע הקסום של פויאנה בראשוב – הוא מקום עם נשמה, שנתן לי להרגיש מה זה אושר אמיתי של חופש.

אומרים ששלמות לא קיימת, אבל הצוות של המלון הזה הוכיח לי אחרת. כל אחד ואחד מהם, בלי יוצא מן הכלל, הם הלב הפועם של המקום הזה. צוות הקבלה המדהים שקיבל את פניי במקצועיות ובחיוך שתמיד נתן תחושת ביטחון, החדרניות המסורות שהפכו את החדר שלי לפנינה בכל יום מחדש, צוות חדר האוכל המקסים וצוות הספא הנדיר – כולם התנהגו אליי כאילו אני בן משפחה.

הצוות גילה רגישות יוצאת דופן לכל בקשה אישית שלי, ובא לקראתי בכל מה שביקשתי עם המון הבנה ואכפתיות. הם היו גמישים בצורה בלתי רגילה, גם בנושא שעות הצ'ק-אין והצ'ק-אאוט וגם בדאגה אישית ומסורה לצרכים הקולינריים שלי לאורך כל השהות. הם דאגו תמיד שאהיה שבע ומרוצה, גם כשהגעתי בשעות פחות שגרתיות, ועשו הכל כדי שארגיש הכי בנוח בעולם. התחושה הייתה שהנוחות שלי והשקט הנפשי שלי הם בראש סדר העדיפויות שלהם. באמת שאין דברים כאלה.

החדר שקיבלתי היה פשוט יצירת אמנות של נוחות ויופי. הוא היה מושלם מכל בחינה, עם עיצוב יוקרתי ומזמין. המלון מוקף בטבע פראי מכל עבר, וזכיתי לנוף מטורף שנשקף מהחלון – מרחבים אינסופיים של ירוק ועוצמה של טבע שפשוט אי אפשר להוריד מהם את העיניים. בין אם זה נוף פתוח למרחקים ובין אם זו העטיפה המרגיעה של היער, התחושה היא של שלווה מוחלטת.

המתקנים במלון פשוט יוצאים מן הכלל, וגולת הכותרת היא הספא המדהים. עשיתי שם טיפולים ולא האמנתי לרמת המקצועיות – זה היה פשוט נדיר! הצוות מיומן בצורה בלתי רגילה, והטיפולים הם ריפוי לגוף ולנפש. אבל השיא שייך לג'קוזי החיצוני – לשבת בתוך המים החמים כשהקור שבחוץ נושק לפנים, ולהתמזג עם נוף בראשיתי שנראה כאילו נלקח מדפי אגדה קסומה. זו תחושה של שלווה שאי אפשר להסביר במילים.

בנוסף, רמת התחזוקה הדהימה אותי: הניקיון המצוחצח בכל פינה ופינה במלון הוא פשוט יוצא דופן! בכל המלון יש ריח נעים ומיוחד שנותן תחושת יוקרה. החדרניות המדהימות ניקו לי את החדר בכל יום ברמה כזו, שבכל פעם שחזרתי אליו הוא נראה כאילו הרגע עשיתי צ'ק-אין.
