Cheap and Cheerful ski resort with solid food and location.
Pros:

super clean throughout, rooms where clean and tidy as expected also. food solid but repetitive, standard ski resort food. overall cheap and cheerful for a ski break.

Cons:

Some staff where hit and miss, felt almost like they where insulted when asked for something.

Am avut o vacanta de poveste , cu multa zapada!
Pros:

Amabilitatea personalului constituie un plus. Camera a fost generoasa, curata, amenajata cu bun gust, micul dejun a fost variat, zona SPA a fost impecabila! Sala de fitness -un mediu prietenos. Preparatele de la restaurant sunt atent pregatite si mereu proaspete!
Vom reveni cu placere, hotelul fiind langa partia Bradul .

Temizligi , servisi ve konumu

Cons:

Kahvalti ve aksam yemeklerinde cok az cesit vardi , sadece 4 cesit ve cogunlugu hergun ayni idi. Misafirleri Ala cart restorana zorunlu yonlendirme oluyordu. Ayrica kalorifer sistemini actirmak icin hergun resepsiyonu aramak zorunda kaldik cunku oda kartini taktiktan sonra gerekli surede isinmiyordu.

Прекрасен хотел! Разположението му, обзавеждането, подръжката и чистотата бяга на ниво. Персонала, както и храна - перфектни! Спа, басейни и джакузи - без забележка.

Cons:

Една идея по-топла вода в закритият басейн може би ще го направи по-привлекателен за семейства с малки деца. На нас ни хареса, но не можеш да се застоиш дълго.
