Temizligi , servisi ve konumu

Cons:

Kahvalti ve aksam yemeklerinde cok az cesit vardi , sadece 4 cesit ve cogunlugu hergun ayni idi. Misafirleri Ala cart restorana zorunlu yonlendirme oluyordu. Ayrica kalorifer sistemini actirmak icin hergun resepsiyonu aramak zorunda kaldik cunku oda kartini taktiktan sonra gerekli surede isinmiyordu.

Прекрасен хотел! Разположението му, обзавеждането, подръжката и чистотата бяга на ниво. Персонала, както и храна - перфектни! Спа, басейни и джакузи - без забележка.

Cons:

Една идея по-топла вода в закритият басейн може би ще го направи по-привлекателен за семейства с малки деца. На нас ни хареса, но не можеш да се застоиш дълго.

Pros:

Good location right in the centre of the mountain resort.
Good and diverse breakfast.
Very good indoor swimming pool. The size was good, the pool was clean and the water was warm.
Decent size private parking are. It can get busy, but most of the times is sufficient.
The room was clean and tidy.
The staff was helpful and nice to us.

Cons:

Glass wall on bathroom shower leading to the room and the glass door on the bathroom. The glass on the wall wasn't even fully glazed. This is not very good for intimacy and a problem if you are coming as a family.
The room is quite small.
The automatic temperature regulator was not working as the cables were broken on the controller on the heater.
The door to the balcony was not closing properly.
The king bed was actually 2 beds together and the beds were moving apart.
The mattresses on the bed were quite hard.
The hallway leading to Hotel Bradul was leading through the restaurant. This lead to some people going around in the restaurant in their robes or swimming suit on their way to the pool.
The restaurant had too many big tables, 6 to 8 persons, instead of small tables of 4 to 6 persons.
The apartment, which are bigger than the king rooms are meant only for couples, not families. Why?

Spa-ul mare, la doi pasi de partie, parcare.

Cons:

Restaurant exagerat de scump fara sa reflecte o calitate superioara, nu am putut sa reglez temperatura in camera, mocheta pe holuri urata:) si foarte important apa piscina interioara senzatie de RECE!

A nice stay overall, wish I did not book dinner included.

Cons:

Restaurant serving 2 hotels at full capacity gets too crowded for breakfast and dinner at certain hours which is not relaxing at all.
