Tutto perfetto, la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari è poi un ulteriore valore aggiunto alla struttura che già da se supera le aspettative per posizione e pulizia. La nostra camera era ampia con una porta finestra ,con zanzariera, che dava sul balcone. Siamo stati benissimo grazie !!!

Host d'eccezione che hanno contribuito a rendere speciale la nostra vacanza sull'isola di Skiathos
Pros:

- Appartamento molto pulito e confortevole, con due bagni a nostro uso esclusivo, una cosa questa che definirei fantastica! - Materasso perfetto!
- Il panorama dal balcone era bellissimo. la prima cosa che guardavo la mattina al risveglio e la cosa che ho fotografato di più.
- Parcheggio privato proprio sotto il nostro balcone, gratuito e comodissimo!
- I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre pronti a venirci in contro. Erano disposti a prelevarci all'arrivo e poi a riaccompagnarci alla fine del nostro soggiorno in aeroporto. Noi non abbiamo approfittato della loro gentilezza in quanto avevamo affittato e ritirato il nostro scooter in aeroporto stesso, dove poi lo abbiamo riconsegnato. Per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno ci hanno fornito un ombrellone da spiaggia, anche l'ultimo giorno, dopo il check-out ci hanno permesso di andare al mare, prestandoci nuovamente un loro ombrellone, tenendo in custodia i nostri bagagli e permettendoci di mettere i nostri alimenti in un loro frigorifero. Abbiamo girato spiagge bellissime grazie ai loro preziosi consigli e indicazioni. Host speciali....e approfitto della recensione per ringraziarli anche qui.

Home from home in Skiathos!
Pros:

Lovely, small family run hotel full of character - comfortable and clean….a peaceful haven too. You are made to feel at home right away by the wonderful Rania and Stelios.
The facilities are good. A great little bar and pool area where we enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning. The views from our beautiful balcony were spectacular.
We loved the location. A short, easy stroll into town but some fantastic restaurants and beach access just across the road.
We had a super holiday and were sad to leave. I would happily stay at Villa Nina again. Thank you! :)

Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich an der Bar empfangen. Sind mit dem Bus vom Flughafen direkt bis vor die Unterkunft Haltestelle 5 gefahren war kein Problem die Unterkunft zu finden. Kostet auch nur 3 Euro pro Person. Und wenn man am Abend mit dem Bus zum Hafen fährt sind es nur 2 Euro. Lage war sehr gut. Der Strand gleich unterhalb und schön zum baden. Wir hatten das Appartement mit dem Whirlpool und da waren auch Bademäntel und Schlapper extra dabei. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Alle 2 Tage gibt es frische Handtücher. Alles war sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten auch zwei Badezimmer mit Toiletten und Duschen das machte es auch sehr stressfrei. Will auf jeden Fall nochmal hierher zurückkommen.

Gute Unterkunft in Nähe von Skiathos Stadt
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem Begrüßungsdrink am Pool empfangen und haben einige Informationen erhalten. Die Villa Nina liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, die Bushaltestelle (Nr. 5) ist fast vor dem Haus. Nachts ist es trotzdem ruhig. Supermärkte sind im Umkreis. Nach Skiathos Stadt läuft man ca. 15 Minuten, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Der Aufgang zum Hotel ist sehr steil, es sind überall Treppen, was nicht stört, wenn man fit ist. Die Anlage hat einen kleinen Pool mit Bar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick. Die Aussicht war sehr schön, wir konnten immer die Nachmittags- bzw. Abendsonne am Balkon genießen. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ebenfalls, es ist aber klein. Pflegeprodukte waren ausreichend vorhanden. Schön, dass es auch Bodylotion gab. Alles war sehr sauber, die Wäsche hat sehr gut gerochen. Jeden Tag gab es einen Zimmerservice. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das WLan ist manchmal instabil.

Cons:

Der Weg in die Stadt zieht sich und führt entlang der Hauptverkehrsstraße.
Der Aufgang zum Hotel ist sehr steil, es gibt viele Stufen zu den Zimmern. Für uns kein Problem, aber nichts für Leute, die nicht gut laufen können.
Im Zimmer hätten wir uns eine liebevollere Gestaltung gewünscht (Deko), damit es gemütlicher ist. Der Küchenbereich ist sehr karg.
Nach Wochen hat es booking immer noch nicht geschafft, unsere Fotos mit hochzuladen. Diese sind bei der google-Rezension zu finden.
