Lovely, comfortable, pleasant hotel to return to after a long day of hiking and exploring Guernsey.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Wide selection and the cooked breakfast was freshly cooked, hot and delicious.
All the staff were courteous, friendly, very welcoming and helpful. They really made the holiday so very pleasant. The hotel itself was comfortable, pleasant, clean and fresh. Loved the pool.

Pros:

Een mooi hotel. Grote kamer. Het personeel bij de receptie is erg vriendelijk en denkt in mogel.ijkheden. Omdat wij die avond met de boot naar Jersey zouden vertrekken konden we bagage achterlaten. Super geregeld allemaal. Lekker ontbijt.
Ligt dicht bij haven en gezellige restaurants en Pubs.

Tablelamp light switch sometimes worked but not always. Buzzed and lamp flashed.

Zimmer war sehr heiß- selbst abdunkeln hat nicht geholfen. Es war jedoch gut, dass ein Dyson-Ventilator im Zimmer war.

Absolutely loved it
Pros:

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel the food we had complementary Prosecco with our meal for anniversary

Found out they do meat draw nights will be a regular there

Cosy et sympa
Pros:

Un bel hôtel confortable, avec une décoration très cosy et un personnel très attentionné
Belle chambre spacieuse avec terrasse
Piscine chauffée, température impeccable, beaucoup de transats

Cons:

Un peu éloigné du centre et en hauteur : faisable sans problème à pied mais avec les valises je conseille de prendre un taxi
La cuisine est assez quelconque : nous avons été un peu déçu de ce côté là
Le bar est squatté en fin d'après-midi/soirée par semble t'il des habitués qui font beaucoup de bruit. De même que la piscine, qui n'est plus du tout tranquille à un moment

I thought the staff were very friendly and the room was always kept very clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. It was a long walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel and the traffic was a bit noisy during the day but otherwise location was good.

Cons:

Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Shower head could have been a bit larger.

Excellent hotel restaurant
Pros:

Tout et surtout le petit dejeuner compris, le retaurant du soir copieux et excellent, la piscine, la proprete et le confort de la chambre
