Cons:

Se eligió el hotel porque contaba con habitaciones para personas con discapacidad, motivo por el cual se solicito habitación para una persona con discapacidad en un primer piso, y la habitación asignada fue en un tercer piso, las escaleras del segundo al tercer piso no cuentan con buenas barandas pues están flojas generando aun mayor riesgo para mi movilización, pese a viajar solo no Conte con ayuda del personal para poder llegar a mi habitación teniendo en cuenta mi condición.

Adicionalmente la habitación no contaba con toalla del baño y pese a llamar y escribir al numero de whatsapp asignado no contestaron sino a la hora.
