Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit Hotel, Gastro und Personal und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!
Pros:

Das traditionelle Hotel in Seenähe ist sehr ruhig. Obwohl die Ausstattung teilweise in die Jahre kommt, fühlten wir uns sehr gemütlich untergebracht. Die Gaststätte war, trotz weniger Gäste (Nebensaison), am Abend geöffnet und wir konnten gut essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Kostenfreie Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis war super.

Pros:

Ubytování je možné i se psy. Personál milý a snaživý. Pokoje čisté, dobře zařízené. Jídlo v restauraci opravdu chutné.

Cons:

Platba za ubytování se nestrhává z karty, ale platí se až na místě a cena pro mě byla dost novinka, neboť na Booking.com byla uvedena jiná částka, která je prý orientační a závisí na aktuálním kurzu EUR - CZK. To ale neodpovídalo placené částce. Na webu hotelu je částka také očividně neaktuální.
Rozbitá klika u dveří, která byla spravena a pak mi stejně málem zase zůstala v ruce. Ale personál se snažil věc řešit a byli velmi milý. :)

Wunderschön gelegen. Hotel hübsch und sauber. Herrliche Ausblicke. Sehr gastfreundliches Haus

Cons:

Sehr ärgerlich,, für das Laden eines e-bikes 6 € zu verlangen. Und das nicht angekündigt auf der Webseite.
Dasselbe gilt für die Sauna. Sauna-Angebot ist auf der Webseite beschrieben, aber nicht, dass die Sauna p.P. 20€ und jede weitere Stunde wieder 10€.

Perfektní základna pro turistiku.
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita s blízkou dostupností různých aktivit např. pěší turistika na Bílou strž, Černé a Čertovo jezero, vrcholy Ostrý, Pancíř, Špičák a to v létě i v zimě. Hotel samotný je čistý s příjemným personálem. Dostatečný výběr chutných jídel. Bohaté snídaně.

Cons:

Vrzající postel, ale jen jedna polovina. Matrace samotné byly nové, vysoké a kvalitní. Jeden večer hluční hosté, ale to hotel nemá možnost ovlivnit.

Byli jsme moc spokojeni a určitě zase zavítáme.
Pros:

Moc krásný hotýlek, stylově zařízený. Výborné jídlo. Paní na recepci skvělá. Takhle čisto v koupelně jsem už dlouho neviděla.

Cons:

Snad jen slečna v restauraci by mohla občas utrousit úsměv nebo prohodit s hosty pár slov.

Ruhiges Waldhotel mit gutem Essen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist kurz hinter der deutschen Grenze im Wald gelegen und damit relativ einsam, aber sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und grosszügig mit allem, was man braucht. Abendessen und Frühstück sind sehr gut. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Genügend Parkplätze rund um das Haus sind vorhanden. Das Motorrad durfte ich unter ein Dach im Carport abstellen.
