Charged After Free Cancellation – No Explanation Provided
Pros:

Honestly, there was nothing to like about this experience.
The most memorable part was being charged even after cancelling within the free cancellation period, and then receiving no explanation from the property.
If transparency and customer service are important to you, this is not the right place.

I cancelled my reservation within the free cancellation period, yet my card was still charged.
When I contacted the property for an explanation, they refused to provide any information and only told me to “consult Booking.”
This lack of transparency and poor customer support is unacceptable.
Taking money without explanation is not how a professional business should operate.
