Pros:

Staff and the hotel were just great! Really attentive and forthcoming to our needs and requests. Everything is working and clean. Our son is already begging us to go again... (Being among few guests towards the end of season might have helped but you can feel the staff's general attitude that they care for their guests).

Cons:

Really, not a lot. One can always argue about food but that was at least good value...

Pros:

Direkte Strandlage, toller Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Hotel

Cons:

Distanz zum Stadtkern knapp eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß; Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken auf der Terrasse sehr eingeschränkt - indoor sehr laut!

Insgesamt gut, mit Ausnahmen...
Pros:

Wir haben zehn Tage in diesem 5-Sterne-Hotel verbracht und insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, besonders das Reinigungspersonal hat eine sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Die gesamte Anlage sowie die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Am Strand und am Pool gab es viel Platz, sodass man sich gut entspannen konnte. Das Meerwasser war kristallklar, mit der Möglichkeit, viele kleine Fische zu sehen – fast wie beim Schnorcheln auf tropischen Inseln. Der Strand und das Meer stehen den schönsten Stränden auf Inseln in nichts nach.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Möglichkeit, das Mittagessen mit dem Abendessen zu tauschen. Der Taxi-, Wäscherei- und Kioskservice war zuverlässig und gut ausgestattet – im Kiosk bekommt man alles Notwendige.

Cons:

Ein paar Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch:
Es liess sich nicht vermeiden, beim Duschen das Bas unter Wasser zu setzen, da die Dusche (und die Badewannendusche) nicht abgedichtet sind. Leider war auch zu wenig Platz in Kleiderschrank, um unsere Kleidung für 10 Tage zu verstauen.
Das Essen war leider etwas eintönig, auch beim Frühstück. Die Fruchtsäfte schmeckten künstlich, fast wie Vitaminpräparate. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft war nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 5 € erhältlich. Man findet zwar immer etwas, aber die Auswahl könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.
Der Tuchservice befindet sich im Untergeschoss – für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wäre es angenehmer, diesen in der Nähe des Pools oder im Eingangsbereich zu haben.
Es gibt viele Bars, aber leider kommt niemand vorbei, um Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Ein Mitarbeiter ist am Strand verfügbar, aber man muss selbst zu ihm gehen. Eine moderne Lösung wäre ein QR-Code-System, mit dem Gäste direkt vom Platz bestellen könnten.
Ein weiteres Manko ist das fehlende Abendprogramm – wenn überhaupt, wird es nur von einer italienischen Agentur organisiert und ist komplett auf Italienisch. Auch Ausflüge werden vom Hotel nicht selbst organisiert, nur empfohlen.
Die kleine Bibliothek ist leider schwer zu finden und in einem schlechten Zustand.
Noch ein Hinweis zur Suite mit Pool: Sie ist zwar schön, aber ab ca. 11–12 Uhr kommt keine Sonne mehr auf die Terrasse – das sollte man wissen.
Tipp: Badeschuhe mitnehmen, da viele Strände und das Wasser selbst steinig sind.

Pros:

Wspaniałe położenie, cudowna obsługa, smaczne tematyczne kolację. Pokój nowoczesny, czysty. Bardzo wygodne materace, trochę twarde poduszki. Plaża piękna, mnóstwo leżaków, trzy baseny, w tym jeden na dachu.

Cons:

Na plaży było słychać muzykę, zamiast szumu fal dudnienie z głośnika. Po co?

Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer tollen Lage, schönem Strand, freundlichem Personal und einer super Aussicht vom Zimmer. Die Buchung und der Aufenthalt waren unkompliziert.

Cons:

Die Junior Suite verfügt über eine Verbinfungstüre zu einem anderen Schlafzimmer. Die Türe ist nicht wirklich gut isoliert, so dass man quasi jedes Wort vom anderen Zimmer hört. Dies stört die Privatsphäre. Der Essbereich verfügt über keinen Charme, das Buffett ist ideenlos und bietet immer wieder dasselbe. Alles in allem ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, für eine 5-Sterne Unterkunft reicht dies meines Erachtens nicht mehr.

Απαραιτήτως προσθήκη εξαερισμού σε τουαλέτα & ντουζ & στους ανελκυστήρες!
Τοποθέτηση δεύτερης καρέκλας, επιπλέον πάγκου για αποσκευές, εταζέρας στο WC.
Απαραίτητα τα Ελληνικά στην εξυπηρέτηση. Στην Ελλάδα βρισκόμαστε.
