Didn't eat breakfast, offered too early. Virtually no television, only local channels and picture kept breaking up.
The room was very spacious and well equipped, with a very comfy super king size bed. Pool and terrace facilities were lovely and exceeded expectations. Conveniently located next to the supermarket and some great breakfast options nearby. We stayed for one night to catch up on sleep after a long haul flight before checking into an Airbnb the next day, which this hotel was perfect for. Not sure I would recommend for a beach holiday/long stay, as it would be a bit inconvenient being on the wrong side of the highway and is at least 45 min walk to the beach, but the small local vans/combis heading that way do pass very frequently which is handy.
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was older but had everything I needed for a week's stay. The shower had great hot and cold water and good pressure. This hotel was located between Bucerias, and the beach area of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Lots of buses ran past every day so there was always a way to get somewhere. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation, but there was a coffee shop and local bar/restaurant right around the corner.
This is noticeable an old hotel and not-well maintained. The location is really not that great but the biggest problem is that there is a lot of going on in the hotel at any point of time, too noisy. the walls wont stop any noise, very difficult to sleep. The receptionist Lili, NOT so friendly, wont resolve any issues. They charge you extra for the use of credit card, WHERE CLEARLY in Mexico that is the establishment's responsibility to take.
I think I wont stay in this hotel ever.
Toilet plugged when we got there. Then sewer gas coming from shower drain, made us both very ill. So moved rooms and that toilet was also plugged. But smell was going through the hallway.
Very large clean hotel with beautiful marble features. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Nice pool and lounge area at rear of hotel. Wifi was excellent and had connections and passwords for each floor. This may be why someone commented no wifi.
Because the front of this nice hotel is on the main highway has businesses and strip mall storefronts you can’t tell how lovely it is. There is still construction on the front roof and front sign so you may miss out on a conveniently located Mexican hotel. Located by Chedraui in Nuevo Vallarta.
There wasn’t any breakfast. No coffee in room either. These would be great improvements
No grassy area for our pet to relieve himself
Friendly staff. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and dentist. which was the sole purpose for this visit.
