Pros:

Największą wartością tego obiektu są Właściciele i Ludzie tam pracujący, mili, serdeczni, pomocni, nienachalni.
Nie tylko pokoje, ale cały obiekt utrzymywany jest w klinicznej czystości! Strefa saun jest urozmaicona i bardzo przestronna.
Śniadania są obfite z dużymi możliwościami wyboru, a serwowane kolacje degustacyjne są wręcz wyśmienite.

Pros:

Sehr tolle Unterkunft mit super liebenswerten Gastwirten.

Cons:

Toilette ist nicht im Bad. Es wäre schön, wenn bei der Toilette ein kleines Waschbecken wäre. Der Abzug im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Längere Öffnungszeiten der Sauna wären toll.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
Pros:

Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, man wird sehr persönlich bedient und fühlt sich noch echt als Gast willkommen! Das Zimmer (Junior Suite) war bequem und geschmachvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf Wiesen und Berge war sehr schön (siehe Foto). Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Bergbahnen, Busse, Geschäfte, Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kostenloser großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ mit der herzlichen persönlichen Bedienung durch die Inhaber keine Wünsche offen. Am Abend konnte man sich jederzeit Getränke bestellen, die man wahlweise im Gastraum, auf der schönen Terrasse oder im Zimmer konsumieren konnte. Das Bier war appetitlich eingeschenkt, lecker und richtig gekühlt.

Cons:

Die separate Toilette hatte leider kein Handwaschbecken, sonst hätten wir 10 Punkte gegeben. Im Badezimmer duscht man in der Badewanne, die dafür allerdings im Duschbereich etwas breiter ausgelegt ist.

Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück und Gebäude.
Der gesamte Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft war absolut hervorragend und empfehlenswert.

The best ski accommodation in Europe
Pros:

After trying many hotels and villas in ski resorts throughout Europe for over 30 years, we have finally found Hotel Arabell at Lech in Austria.
If you haven’t heard of it, it maybe because the many regular - some coming for over 20 years - keep it a close secret.
Why do the and now we keep co ing back?
It starts with the warm welcome and attention to detail of the Wolf family and all their friendly staff.
Then, the rooms - traditional Austrian with immaculate linen and modern amenities.
The new world class Wellness Centre provides a perfect respite after skiing the Lech, Zuhrs, St Anton Alberg regions covering 305 downhill skiing, 200 kms off Piste skiing connected by 88 lifts.
But the new real secret is the meals included in the tariff. It would be hard to match the breakfast for range of healthy (& decadent) choices. However, the dinners simply can NOT be beaten. six courses starting with a buffet salad that would exceed any health zealot’s fantasy. Imaginative soups and entrees. main meals created with first class meats, poultry and fish. Cheese platters that stand apart but the desserts created by the chef duo are simply outstanding. Crepes prepared before your eyes with the pageantry of a Michelin restaurant, chocolate baskets of lime creme fraisch, Choux pastry swans with magic fillings, handmade raspberry parfaits and so it went on for 12 glorious nights - 12 only - as one has to forage outside the hotel on Tuesday nights to give the inspired kitchen and wait staff a well earned rest.
We met dozens of interesting people from around the world who are annual regulars. We will look forward to joining them in the years to come.

Amazing family ski holiday
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom family suite which was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was well finished with separate toilet. The food was fantastic- we went half board and had a 6 course meal every night (except Tuesdays). The Wolf family were very accomodating and if one of us didnt like one of the courses they would offer us a different option. Also cooked alternative food for my very fussy children every night. Breakfast was continental style but plentiful. Tasty cheeses, meats, breads etc. Service in the restaurant was excellent and all of our needs were attended to immediately. The bar had a good range of drinks and was, in our opinion, very reasonable compared to prices in the bars in town. Some reviews have commented that the hotel is quite far from the town but seriously- it's an easy 5 minute walk. The hotel has a deal with ski shop at the bottom of the lifts so boots/skis can be left there daily. We have been to Austria and Switzerland many times and this hotel is up there in my top 2. It is exceptionally good value for money, in a beautiful alpine resort and we loved every minute of our stay there. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
