Mooi maar harteloos.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hote met mooie faciliteiten.

Cons:

Door een grote gas explosie is mijn winkelpand er beschadigd geraakt.
Hierdoor moesten wij terug naar Nederland, dit viel helaas buiten de verzekering.
Ik vroeg om enige compassie, we kregen 120 € korting op ruim 3000€.
Direct nadat we weg waren is onze kamer gewoon weer aangeboden via booking.com

Ik snap dat je als bedrijf geld moet verdienen, maar ruim 3000€ incasseren , niks doen voor je gasten en vervolgens de kamer nog een keer verkopen ?

Zelf vind ik dat onverteerbaar.

Einfach spitze!
Pros:

Wundervolles Haus, in das ich schon seit vielen Jahren fahre. Besonders herzliche Eigentümer, Familienbetrieb.

Cons:

Personal spricht fast nur mehr Englisch… ist gewöhnungsbedürftig für einen österreichischen Wintersportort. Grundsätzlich aber wahrscheinlich kein Problem.

Pros:

Man hat sofort das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Der Service an der Rezeption, in der Bar und im Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich geführt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Wunderbares Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ein tolles rund um sorglos Paket. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Jeder Wunsch wurde perfekt erfüllt. Das Frühstück, die Jause und das Abendessen sind tadellos. die Zimmer sind sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Sonnenterrasse.
Wir haben uns rund um Wohl gefühlt und einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub verlebt.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Fitnessraumes könnte besser sein. Hier wären ein paar wertige Hanteln schon ein großer Gewinn.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück aussergewöhnlich umfangreich und das Abendessen war sehr lecker.
Die blaue Bar ist ansprechend eingerichtet und das "Kaminfeuer" macht den Raum sehr behaglich. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist familiär und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die meisten Gäste zum wiederholten Male dort waren.
Spa-Bereich und Sauna sind sehr schön! Es wurden dort diverse Getränke und Knabbersachen unentgeltlich angeboten.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Basis-Zimmer gebucht, das sich im Erdgeschoss befinden sollte. Leider war das Fenster des Zimmers relativ hoch, sodass wir dieses Zimmer eher als Soutterain-Zimmer bezeichnen würden. Wir hatten Sicht nach oben auf das gegenüberliegende Haupthaus. Das Zimmer war dadurch dunkler als wir uns das gewünscht hätten. Da wir tagsüber auf der Piste unterwegs waren und auch nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatten, haben wir von einer direkten Reklamation den Zimmers abgesehen. Eine Woche würden wir jedoch nicht so untergebracht sein wollen.
Ich finde, die Lage des Zimmers müsste klarer beschrieben werden, um Enttäuschungen vorzubeugen.

The soothing ambiance of the each little detail this hotel offers paired with amazing cuisine and superb hospitality makes for a memorable stay. There is never a dull moment from breakfast to dinner, the atmosphere is electric! There is so much passion and generosity from the owners and staff, you are truly treated like family!

Cons:

I didn't like leaving this property, I wish I could have stayed longer! See you soon :)
