Bis auf fehlende Möglichkeit etwas zu essen (außer dem Frühstück) war es total in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und in Ordnung. Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war uns zu hart. Ein riesen Manko: wir kamen am späten Nachmittag an und wollten zum Abendessen nicht mehr weit gehen. Leider war die hoteleigene Cafeterie geschlossen, und auch im Restaurant gab es nichts mehr für uns zu essen (die im Hotel untergebrachten Kinder hatten alles aufgegessen, wurde uns gesagt). Da das Hotel irgendwo im Nirgendwo liegt, gab es auch (außer einem leider geschlossenen) Thai-Imbiss kein Restaurant in der Nähe, also blieb uns nur der Lieferdienst. Fazit: wenn man ohne Auto anreist schaut's mit Verpflegung schlecht aus, aber sonst kann ich das Hotel sehr ampfehlen!

Cons:

Das es trotz vorhandenem Cafe und Restaurant nichts zu Essen gab und fußläufig kein Restaurant vorhanden war.

Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker

Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers
Die Toilette war verschmutzt
Der Dusch Schlauch gerissen.

Die Reinigungs Dame war der Meinung es sei so okay
Der Tag Portier hat alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigen lassen.

Prima verblijf voor Neustad en de omgeving van Burgenland
Pros:

De ligging buiten de stad is prima. Diverse winkels en restaurants met de auto bereikbaar. De kamer is erg groot, ook wel functioneel ingericht. Goede douche, prima bed.
Vriendelijk personeel en erg goede espresso.
Geen ontbijt gebruikt, dat kan ik niet beoordelen, maar het buffet zag er goed uit.
