Das Frühstück war gut alles andere eine Katastrophe

Personal an der Rezeption was Samstag 18.7. und Sonntag 19.7. dient hatte unfreundlich und unkooperativ.

Hatten das Zimmer gebucht weil es so aussah auf den Fotos das, das Einzelbett in einem separaten Raum ist .. war nicht der Fall,

Als wir zur Rezeption gingen hies es da muss man ordentlich lesen steht eh drin...

Auf die Frage ob's eine alternative gibt ....kann die Aussage 30 Euro extra noch bezahlen zu den 205 Euro sie von meinem Lebensgefährten schon bezahlt wurden ... Dann kann die Freundin ein Einzelzimmer haben ....

Auf die Frage hin wieso wir extra noch zahlen sollen wenn auf booking 2 Doppelbett Zimmer mit Frühstück um 150 Euro angeboten werden ...

Kam die Antwort da kann er nichts machen ... Können maximal neu buchen und das aktuelle Zimmer stornieren .. mit einem lachen im Gesicht aber die kostenlose Stornofrist ist schon abgelaufen.


Es war eine Frechheit von dem Mitarbeiter.


In dem Zimmer selbst ... Keine Steckdosen im Badezimmer und schimmelgeruch,
Klimaanlage extrem laut, Vorhänge die nicht passen um die Fenster abzudecken, Flecken an der Decke, ist einer der Steckdosen stecke sogar was drin das man diese nicht benutzen konnte ... Fotos folgen alle.

Es war schlicht und einfach eine Katastrophe.
