Cons:

The stay was very disappointing. The mattress, bed linen, and pillows were all of very poor quality, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. On top of that, the staff entered the room without knocking, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.

Several things in the room were not working, including the towel warmer and other equipment, which added to the overall inconvenience.

I would not recommend this hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Duschbrausenhalterung war gebrochen. Habe aber sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Personal war sehr bemüht.

Замечательный отель
Pros:

Отличный, просторный номер, удобные кровати, чистое белье и полотенца, приветливый персонал. Очень понравилось расположение: не шумный район, близко к «Арена Нова» и недалеко от центра города.

Все было хорошо
Pros:

Все было отлично, чисто и аккуратно, замечательный персонал

Cons:

В одном из номеров плохо функционировала лейка душа, а в другом было потертое кресло, но на качество отдыха это не повлияло. А повлияла высокая слышимость в номерах на верхнем этаже, рано утром из других номеров начали выселяться, было очень шумно.

Cons:

Keine Steckdose am Bett, um Schlafapnoe Gerät anzuschließen oder Telefon aufzuladen. Kein Nachtlicht am Bett. Entweder großes Licht oder komplett Dunkel. Keine Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft und auch kein Automat zum Kauf. Küchenzeile ohne Funktion im Zimmer. Fernseher nicht benutztbar vom Bett.
Das Bett war so hard man hätte genauso gut auf dem Boden schlafen können. Mein Sohn ist auf die Couch gezogen um zu schlafen.
