Hotel muy bien pensado muy bonito buena atención hacen la habitación varias veces al día y ubicado muy céntrico

Cons:

El desayuno no era buffet era solamente opciones al menú y aunque eran buenas sentí que faltaba variedad ya que limitaba un plato una bebida caliente y una fría

Prachtig mooi hotel, geweldige service.
Pros:

Gratis welkoms cocktail naar keuze, Prachtige kamer! Heeeeerlijke hansgrohe rain douche met gigantische waterdruk.
Erg leuk dat je bij het zusterhotel 2 deuren verder ook kosteloos mag ontbijten.
Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, erg veilig gevoel, security aan de deur.

Pros:

Hotel Casona Del Porvenir is a must stay if you are looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly boutique experience in Cartagena.

The staff were exceptional helping us with bags, making sure all needs were met, and they even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms are very thoughtful and clean. And the breakfast is delicious too.

Also, AC is even on in the lobby which isn’t the case everywhere.

Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable!

Well located, comfortable and pretty in old city.
Pros:

Great Location in the old town/ city. Comfortable beds.
Great option to try/use the restaurant, pool and spa area of their other hotel (half a block away/ 2 min. Walking).

Cons:

A misunderstanding over ordering one more egg for breakfast dampened the experience. Cant you believe this? Over one egg at this sort of hotel. No issue with the additional cost just the way it was handled.
We tried two of the cocktails and we did not like either of them.

Cons:

Piccole disattenzioni nel servizio a colazione (che non ti aspetti a questo livello) e costo del servizio lavanderia esagerato.
