Pros:

By far our best stay in Colombia. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable and as smooth as possible. The rooms are amazing, common spaces the same, the staff is super attentive, we would definitely book it again.

Trendy boutique hotel but tiny rooms and poor staff and food.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely on first viewing when you walk through the door. However, the rooms are really small and the bathroom is tiny, with a 3-inch-wide cupboard to hang clothes. The staff were utterly useless and the breakfast was disappointing. We thought it was overpriced for what it was.

Cons:

Small rooms and staff are inexperienced and poorly trained. Towels were taking from the room in the morning and fresh towels delivered at 7.30pm which was too late - we had to grab towels from the pool in order to shower.

Hospedagem dos sonhos em Cartagena
Pros:

Nosso período no hotel foi absolutamente impecável. Kathleen nos deu todo o suporte possível e sempre com um sorriso no rosto, bem como os demais empregados, esse foi um grande diferencial. As instalações eram maravilhosas, toda a estrutura do hotel muito bonita, cada detalhe muito bem pensado. Café da manhã excelente, com opções muito gostosas e variadas. Destaque para o smoothie de coco com maracujá. Localização ideal, fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. Certamente nos hospedaremos aí novamente quando voltarmos a Cartagena!

Planta superior , se oyen demasiado las máquinas del aire y de la piscina está todo allí arriba , primero nos pusieron allí , y pedimos el cambio de habitación enseguida

The perfect place to stay in Cartagena
Pros:

The location is perfect! The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, and all the staff are very friendly and always available to help with anything you need. The breakfast is fantastic and you can choose whatever you want each day. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family who visit Cartagena

Oasis of quiet comfort.
Pros:

For us the Hotel Casona del Porvenir was an unexpected highlight during our travels. The accommodation was immaculate! Design was tasteful and all details were thought of. The room had all the amenities one desires, fridge, coffee maker etc. Though the room was not large by square footage it felt spacious through a smart combination of design and lights. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and generous: You could freely choose from a generous menu. The location is excellent , as in one on step your are right in the old city - while at the same time the hotel is an oasis of quiet comfort.

Vackert för ögonen och sköna sängar
Pros:

Vi bodde 2 nätter, läget är toppen, vi älskade interiören, sängarna kuddarna och lakanen var supersköna , personalen var väldigt hjälpsam o vänlig. Vi fick ha vårt bagage hos dem efter vi checkade ut och de ordnade även så att vi fick duscha på em, dagen då vi checkat ut - innan vår avfärd till flygplatsen
